It was very well maintained and newly remodeled. I would recommend for an inexpensive weekend getaway.

Exceptional

We were visiting relatives in Passaic, so choose this location for sleeping accommodation, mostly and room size... The included breakfast was a bonus...Overall, a very positive experience. Hotel/bed/location - all serve the purpose for our trip nicely.

GREAT room and staff was excellent!

WE get there at 3:00 and were told rooms are ready and 15 to 20 mins. Finally get our room at 3:20 we had to rush to get ready because our wedding was @ 4:30 and it was 20 minutes away. $286.00 a night is over priced for what they had to offer. I

Was expecting coffee machine in room, but none available. Available in the lobby at all times, though. Bathroom fan was hitting something internal - very bad and cringe-worthy. Couldn't keep the bathroom light on, even while showering.

The amenities, service & rooms are the worst I have seen. Rooms are smaller than represented, and don't have a single chest or drawer in which to conveniently and confidentially store clothing, belongings and and valuables! Rooms have 2 small open book shelves upon which to store anything. I asked staff for hangers in our King Room so we could hang up clothing (only 5 hangers for 2 people), but the desk clerk said he couldn't get any and would ask someone to find more on the 2d DAY of our stay. Hilton has upgraded a 6x9' bathroom, but PUT NO SHELVES OR CABINETS IN for storing toiletries and cosmetics --- all you get is the top of a toilet tank for "storage!" Rooms have nice TVs, mattresses & wall lighting but not enough space to walk through with a suitcase. The information Hilton provided to hotels.com is FALSE. They claim to have a safe in the room, but the staff say they have NO ROOMS with safes. They claim to have a coffeemaker in the rooms. The staff says NO ROOMS have coffeemakers. no microwaves either. To make matters worse, the "24 hour coffee" in the lobby isn't often warm or drinkable. In 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, the coffee was either full of grounds or so light that it looked like tea. The young, casually dressed kids who run the front desk don't seem to care. They wouldn't even go look for a dolly to help us get suitcases to the 2d floor bec GUESTS left them "somewhere!"
