They werent able to offer a credit for the significant inconvenience caused and my family could have been at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning due to a leak with the generator. In general the staff were courteous and the included breakfast was helpful. The room was spacious and basically had what we needed. As for the location, we didnt realize there was a major sporting event happening close by, which impacted the driving in the vicinity. Overall, I think 3 stars is fair.

It’s clean and staff are very accomodating.

This place seems to be extremely run down now. Not so well kept and extremely overpriced for what they charged me to stay there. Over $200. For one night. Won’t be staying there again.

The hotel lost power and has no back up generator. There was no air conditioning and the temperature was 100 degrees.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. Only issue we really had was the air conditioner barely working. Other than that the stay was as pretty good.

We were not able to use the pool because when we arrive its close already, its gonna be more better if they close it like 10pm

L’hôtel était propre et vrm bien déjeuner pareil par contre l’air climatisé c’est non négociable et pendant la nuit y’a eu une coupure d’électricité et plus d’air climatisé pour la nuit et même le matin . En sachant qu’il fait vrm chaud. Horrible

This place was not clean and the staff was dismissive. When we checked in there was a huge spider in our room and their rooms smell weird

All was great and we enjoyed our stay!

The greeting staff was so tired that kept rushing us to check in. He couldn't even say welcome to their hotel. We requested a crib for our toddler when we did our bookings it was not in the room and when I called to ask the staff said I have to come get it myself from front desk and we had to set the pack&play crib ourselves. The pool was dirty and no staff members were around to clean towels everywhere. The only good things was location of the hotel big accessible parking free. Good enough breakfast self served.And AC was good even in hallways. Do I recommend it to families? No Will I stay here again? No Does property needs improvement? Definitely.

The rooms were clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was pretty good and it’s nice to have, the AC was running well and very refreshing
