Perfect business and leisure hotel very well kept and near the food district

They let me check in early and was nice enough to let me park my car for extra time after checking out. They were very accommodating.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Really pleased thank you
-
Only bad part is that they should have breakfast included
-
Great experience, Near the Mall and the sports complex. Parking was good. Quiet and very comfortable.
-
Construction during the stay was very distracting, though yes repairs do need to be done
-
Construction was going on which was a lot but the staff was wonderful

The room was very clean newly redone. The staff was excellent very helpful. The facility was still under construction but well-maintained. The only issue that I had was the size of the room was not as described for what I booked and not large enough for all of us that I had to get a second room upon arrival which isn’t the hotels fault but hotels.com. Besides that everything was great.

Our room was immaculate. The breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby area was delicious! The hotel is currently under renovation, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. This was a terrific stay!

Super close to Medieval Times, the reason for our visit. The hotel is currently finishing up renovations, but our room was completed and very nice. Bar staff was friendly and drinks were strong. :) Excellent customer service too- I lost my bag of souvenirs from MT, and they looked for it for me. I hope if anyone else finds it, its turned in, as the front desk said they could mail it to me. Would recommend!

Room was really nice. It was big, clean, and well cared for.

it's a good place to base yourself out-of-town NYC but still well-positioned to get into the city, especially with a bus stop going straight to the Port Authority Terminal. The rooms are good - large and well presented. The staff are great! Major building work was underway in the Reception area - which was noisy and reduced the available facilities e.g. the Bistro considerably. We were informed that there would be work underway - but only the day before our arrival - presumably just so as we could not say we hadn't been informed, but after the cut-off date for us not cancelling. On the first evening we were charged $25 for 2 v small beers - no glasses, nowhere to sit inside, only one staff member, with no idea as to how we could even pay. We resolved to not buy any more drinks, breakfasts, thereafter - so the hotel did miss out on a lot of potential revenue from us, as a result...

The staff was fantastic and helped us navigate the NJ transit system. The stop into the city was right at the property line and super convenient. Our room was brand new and beautiful. It was super comfortable. My young son had some tummy issues and clogged the toilet. I called down and someone was at our room within minutes and was able to unclog it quickly. Super professional and kind about dealing with a clogged toilet. Parking was free and they have a restaurant (we didn’t use). There’s a diner(Colonial diner) up the road that a front desk agent mentioned people like and we tried it and ended up eating there 2 times. We stayed 3 night. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hotels.com should inform those booking through their app/site that this hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner in the room was noisy (it made an irritating whistling sound) there was no convenience items for sale, and the restaurant was closed for sit-down service. We were told we could order food "to go" for breakfast. I do not believe any other amenities were available. (pool, gym)
