Nice place to rest your head

This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)

The price was good for location. The water pressure was low in bathroom. Poorly cleaning there was hair in the ceiling in shower. Short on pillows only 3 and they were flat. The trash smell from garbage room upon exit room.

The had filled my reservation with someone else, and had to pay directly to the lobby.

The location was good. The room did not have a working air unit. I requested a refund but got no response.

The staff was uncooperative right from the start. The room wasn’t ready when they said it would be EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CONFIRMED. I asked to see the room before I checked in and was told “WE DON’T SHOW ROOMS”. I said but it’s MY room and she said you have to check in and if you don’t like it have to talk to booking.com (no refunds). I got to the room and had to disinfect EVERYTHING and there were DIRTY towels in the bathroom from whomever stayed before me. And none of the listed “amenities” were there - no hair dryer, coffee pot, not a dish or dish detergent. For 2 people there were 2 tiny bars of soap and 1 tiny shampoo in the bathroom and nothing else. Those of the other people staying there that were in the lobby looked homeless.

The elevator floor was dirty all the time..

Not my cup of tea! The facility was extremely dirty but the rooms were clean.

There was no room service at any time. Each time we called, they said there was no staff available. During the entire 10-day stay, there was never any housekeeping service. To get clean towels, we had to take the used ones to reception to receive new ones.

The hallways on the 5th floor , although seemingly clean and obviously without any clutter, did not have a fresh or pleasant smell, at all.

I was in the hotel for 7 days and my room was not accessed to be clean. Hallways are old and dirty. I will not stay there anymore. It seems like they used that hotel for "Shelter"? The Worst selection that I had ever picked.

They have extremely sensitive fire alarms that went off in the middle of the night and cleared the building for an hour. There are signs everywhere to warn guests but someone decided it didn’t apply to them.
