Room was nice, cool and clean. I got directions for the wrong location in heavy traffic and had to go to another location twice.

It was clean, staff was really nice, good place to rest for a couple days

The staff was friendly when we checked in, but we did not have much interaction thereafter so I can’t comment much in that regard.

Roaches and dirty. Very unhappy

Check in was delayed by 30 minutes due to rooms not being ready. When we got to the fifth floor for our room we had to hold our breath because of the horrible smell in the hallway, the closest I can compare it to was like an animal shelter! When we get to our room it was like they were trying to cover up the scent with a lemon cleaning spray. Then, we find three live cockroaches in the bathroom !! The only redeeming thing about this place were the kind front desk staff members and the location being close to the stadium. Never again.

Le « déjeuner inclus » se résume à quelques muffins et du café, sans salle à manger. Cela ne correspond pas vraiment à ce que l’on imagine lorsqu’un hôtel annonce un déjeuner. La propreté était également insuffisante. Les tapis étaient sales, les lits ne semblaient pas propres, des objets des anciens occupants se trouvaient encore dans les tiroirs et il y avait de la rouille dans la salle de bain. Le seul point positif est le petit espace cuisine avec lavabo, réfrigérateur, congélateur et cuisinière. Malheureusement, la cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel devrait améliorer sa propreté, la transparence de ses services et son service à la clientèle.

My one critique is they should add” West” to their name as there is the exact same hotel on the other side of the highway “East” and my gps took me back to the wrong place after dinner. Only a slight inconvenience but still…

Nothing about this property was worth liking. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There were roaches crawling around my room, and I even found them on my bed, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room was also supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with other unpleasant odors the entire time. The room felt dirty, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. I couldn’t relax or sleep comfortably because of the bugs and the horrible smell. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located The lobby attendants are often not there

No one available to help with any issues in the room (TV and toilet didn't flush properly). Parking lot littered with garbage. Not lit well at night, especially at the edges of the parking lot. Cribs are not an available amenity. Hallway smelled. No air conditioning in hallway when waiting for the elevator that took forever every time. I think they only have one luggage cart. Signage indicated that a room key is required to enter the building after 11pm. Door was not locked when I got back after midnight.
