The best part was the staff. They were polite and efficient. Checking in and out was a breeze.
-
The hallway and the room both stink. lots of noise at 1AM.
-
It was very unclean. Mold stains. Gross

The hotel itself felt slightly dirty and dingy, I stayed for 4 nights and the hallway floor had the same debris on it the entire time. The bed was hard, the towels smelled like car oil, and the blow dryer in the room didn’t work. I was able to get a second blow dryer from the front desk. At Extended Stay hotels, I am used to the pots & pans and dishes being in the room. The kitchens are completely empty of supplies and you have to ask for them at the front desk and carry the kitchenware to your room. I didn’t try to get any, but another guest in the elevator said he was on the wait list still for pots & pans and 8:30 at night. If it hadn’t been for the fantastic shuttle service, this stay would have felt much worse.

I love this nice stay with hospitality of the staff to me with the BTS Concert at MetLife Stadium.

Close to the venue . Best part was the shuttle service to the stadium . Miguel and his wife were absolutely the best !! Boy that worked front desk with long hair super friendly ! A woman got stuck in the elevator while I was there . She was able to get out . Fire dept and police showed up

The staff was friendly. The location was close to both the Metlife venue and American Dream Mall. I love that they had a third party shuttle service for the concert days! The hotel is very old and needs alot of work. When I got to my room, the microwave smelled, stains on the walls, and the tub wasn't clean. I asked if anyone could clean it, but was told booking for cleaning was full. I had to put down a towel in the shower, just to us it! There was also a very upset customer that was yelling in the hallway, early in the morning, and banging on the door next to me. Finally, their term "breakfast" is very misleading. The "breakfast" that was provided was oatmeal packs and muffins/nutri gran bars. Needless to say, it was an interesting stay. I would have to think twice if I stay at this facility again.

Breakfast was very minimal nothing hot. No cereal. Only muffins, Coffee, and Hot Cocoa. It was also VERY noisy. The pull out bed had no mattress, one that was entirely too big was brought to us. Made for a very uncomfortable night of sleep. No pillows for it in the room and no kitchen plates, cups, cutlery, pans or anything to make it semi functional. I’m very disappointed in this company. I will not stay at another one of these ever again, I will go out of my way to avoid it. The cost was high for what we had.

It was renovating and old building, never go back again.

Passable

Hotel going thru construction so debris on floor by my room. My room was between two rooms getting construction. Refrigerator smelled like dead fish, microwave rusted and dirty. No ice buckets in room to get ice. No soap in room thankfully I bought some. No hairdryer in room. Breakfast was just granola bar or coffee which I don’t drink. So was not happy with my stay there. Asked staff for info on restaurants and did not get help there.

When I got to the hotel they told me at the front desk that the platform I use on line overbooked the room. Fortanetly the young lady got us another room in a hotel 4 minutes away. I am still waiting for my refund.

Proximity to MetLife Stadium, it's walkable but a bit of a hike along the service road. Don't take the shortcut across the highway.

This extended stsy property & building is in dire need of a face-lift. Also, due to this site having permanent residency, the families are very loud and noise level us not controlled. I was trying to work on my presentation; but the crying baby next and/or across from my room was a distraction. Prior to receiving my room number, I asked the agent at the front desk to give me a t room in a quiet area...so much for that!

Seriously, I wont recommend this to my worst enemy. Run away from this place.

Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that it was pretty outdated and I was woken up 2 hours before I needed to be up by hammering

Great staff. Disgusting rooms with dirty and creepy hallways and dogs barking
