There was also a homeless family out in the lawn. Didn't really have a good vibe being there. If this was cheaper then I get what we paid for but this was actually around the price for a better hotel. The bed was also very firm which also hurt my back throughout the day. Place was also dingy and a few rust spots on fridge and bathtub. Wouldn't really recommend staying.

It is really close to American Dream Mall, about a five minute drive. Ordering food was easy and convenient. Parking is a big plus! The kitchenette style room is great for cooking something quick or reheating food. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented! We were checked in quickly and smoothly.

Nice staff and nice cold room

No complaints really. Not the most extravagant breakfast but, no one has the staff to go beyond a pre packaged breakfast. Room was clean and sizeable. Bathroom could use exhaust fan. But other than that no complaints.

We did not utilize the kitchen but, great options. Complimentary breakfast was good. Normal pre-packaged stuff.

No clean services… breakfast involved just coffee and muffins… no eggs/sausages/bread or nothing just very disappointing

The staff were friendly and accommodating while also appropriately professional. I’ve noticed that many hotel workers lose their souls to the be able to extol corporate policies and are are completely uncaring and immovable to real world challenges that are otherwise inherent to the human condition. This location seemed to promote a people first attitude that was incredibly helpful in the moment and very much appreciated. The location of this property is close in proximity to many places, yet still not the most easily accessible unless driving. Not impossible - but just not super easily accessible.

El desayuno no es verdaderamente eso, son unos jugos y muffins en un lugar muy pequeño que no hay espacio para sentarse, solo hay 3 mesas

The location of the hotel was great , near of MetLife Stadium, very convenient You should change the name of your “Breakfast “! Just because you offered coffee on thermo bottle Inexpensive cereal bar and muffins on plastic bag It doesn’t give you “the right “ to call it a breakfast You guys should come up with a another name So your guests don’t get disappointed when they Come in morning to find out , How bad the “Breakfast “ is. Just be honest with the people who stay On your hotel . I would recommend your hotel to my friends, But , I will tell them to bring their own breakfast

Staff were friendly. The bathroom faucet leaked, the shower water was warm at best.

Location was good. Quiet and nice view. Also i liked the fact after 11pm door downstairs gets locked and you can only get in by key card they provided you with. I had a good experience.

The breakfast they claim to have does not exist. There is visible water damage in the bathroom and room that has not been repaired. It smells like a public bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The sheets and towels are stained. The walls and doors are falling apart. I would not stay here even if it was free.

The property is immaculate in every possible way from the cleanliness of the room to the surroundings, you can tell that all the staff pay attention to the details and I noticed. I would not change anything.

Always accommodating

The only positive thing was the location. Other than that, the experience was very disappointing. This hotel had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The room smelled like mold, the carpet was dirty and disgusting, and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor which was dangerous. We almost slipped because of it. There were barely any towels, only one pillow, and nobody cleaned or checked the room properly. We complained multiple times to the front desk and nothing was handled correctly. No real help, no urgency, and no professionalism at all. The hotel feels poorly maintained, unsafe, and not suitable for guests. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room had dirty sink, used toilet paper, dirt on sofa bed.

They cut of the the water didn’t turn the water on till later,me grandson couldn’t take a shower couldn’t get in the pool,, came from all the way to Miami to this hotel. It was horrible. I really need my money back. I don’t wish nobody should go to that hotel.
