This place was kept so nice and clean. The staff was awesome and friendly. Our pets had a nice area to walk and be outside at. I’d definitely recommend staying here .

Great location, bad customer service, dirty rooms

Shower seat ripped out of wall. Paint peeling. Smelled musty.

This is a basic hotel front staff was pretty rude on checkout. Felt like the woman was about to curse me out for trying to check out on time. Amenities are fine and clean, but that kind of soured me on the experience.

Safe didn’t work

I do not recommend, hotel doesn't have breakfast, and the location is not convenient. The hotel needs a mayor upgrade to be able to provide a competitive service.

When I arrive the room that I had had no Internet so I called 15 minutes later maintenance I left for the day. I was a little one question, but they put me in another room on the second floor, which was just as clean and just as good but I was happy with the first floor so Maintenance should do better. It should be there longer.

From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the room was in very poor condition. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The hotel grounds and surrounding areas were also run-down and gave the impression that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. Finding a rat was the final straw. We no longer felt safe staying there and decided to leave immediately, even though we had already paid for a second night. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide a clean and safe environment for its guests, and this hotel failed completely. I would never recommend staying here, and I certainly will never return. Management needs to address the serious cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control issues before anyone else has to go through an experience like ours.

This Red Roof Inn is an absolute nightmare and should be condemned. The entire property looked filthy and rundown from the outside, with trash everywhere and a disgusting smell that hit us immediately. Our room was even worse—stinking of mold, urine, and rot. Worst of all, we found rodents scurrying around the room on the first night. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the staff didn’t care at all. Complete health hazard. Save your money and stay far away. Zero stars. Never again.

The woman at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. She was an absolute delight. The room was clean and spacious. My only down side would be the bathrooms should be updated as they were rusted. The AC and tv worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable. Parking was always available and the location is right across the way from a few food options. I would stay here again.

outlets barely worked, beds are very comfy, sheets were decently cleaned, a little crumbs left on top which was dissapointing, washroom was very clean which I was happy about. Meh motel in general but great for the price!
