You get what you pay for the room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom had mold in it and someone painted over it. It had a mildew smell all day. We were given a room when we first came in. It smelled really bad so they switched us to another room and it smelled as well, but was covered up with an air freshener so you get what you paid for nothing was up to par.

Room was not clean. Possibly a dog in there because I ended up with hair all over my pants. Hair in the bathroom..daughters socks turned black while walking the room.

When we checked in at night with kids and it was raining heavily, but the hotel was only 1 staff handling some agent and took long time for check in. Also, the restroom was leaking and staff entered even when we told them to come back later. Disgusting.

I was scared to check in at first cause I saw how the lady was talking to the people before me, but she was so nice to me and that was awesome. I did see a baby roach my first night there, but that was the only one. Then a mouse decided to pay me a visit and start crunching on my BBQ chips through the hole he bit through. That was day 5 of my visit, and it left after I threw the chips away lol. Honestly, apart from those issues, it really wasn't a bad hotel. Nice bed, the fridge stays really cold (I wish there was a freezer though), TV was pretty nice with 40 channels, and there were places to eat within a 2 minute walking distance.

Nothing!! We didn’t even stay. After our room being given away, giving us another room that we would have had to wait for and looking at the room we ran from that property!! Everything!!

Close to MetLife stadium Ice machine down for the entire stay, blow-dryer didn't work, toilet barely flushed and smells like backed up sewer,no fridge in room

This was the worst hotel experience. The hotel was very poorly maintained. I didn’t feel safe. My microwave didn’t work. The floors were dirty. I couldn’t breathe. The air-conditioning unit was so dirty. The bathtub was horrible The lights above the bed didn’t work. It was just a one nice day for an event that I was going to in that area is not a place that you should ever bring your kids I wouldn’t recommend it

Bed was uncomfortable as well. Otherwise was just ok.

Muy sucia la habitación y con muchas cucarachas, compré Aseguranza para cancelar en caso que algo estuviera mal y expidia no me da mi reembolso y eso que estuve como dos horas solamente
