Unfortunately, the second room had a similar odor, and we were shocked to find that the mattress was heavily stained and blackened, raising concerns that it may have been moldy or otherwise unsanitary. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property. We left the hotel and requested a refund through Expedia so that we could find alternative accommodations. While we appreciated the courteous and helpful staff, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms fell far below expectations.

The rooms were very dirty and run-down; the sheets were dirty, and there was a strong foul odor.

I booked this motel because I needed the cheapest place to stay one night before an event in NYC. Room was filthy. Hairs on toilet. Debris in fridge. Intense smoke odors. The booking.com rate was higher than the rate posted in the room. Finders fee ripoff I guess. It's worth staying here if you really can't afford to spend more than necessary and are willing to make compromises on sanitation. But frankly I think it's even a bit expensive for what they give you.

The gave us a room that wasn’t what we paid for also we checked in then check out due to the smell of smoke like cigarettes.. I truly really feel like I should receive some type of refund back

Came for a concert in the MetLife Stadium and it was a good buy since its minutes away. Place is dated but it shouldn't be an issue if it's for resting.

Unhygienic

I wouldn't go back even for a free week.

The motel description said non-smoking rooms. We had a hard time getting in because of the cigarette smell. Even the walls were yellowed from the smoke.

Cockroaches galore. Expedia will not give a refund. Probably should avoid booking on cheap tickets or any other sites owned by Expedia because they refuse to help.
-
Convenient location, that's all. Bugs and dead cockroaches in the room. Poor cleanliness. Bad design and smell. Too expensive if looking at the value you get out of it. Not worth it.

The bed is comfortable, access is easy, the bathroom has good water pressure, the air conditioning is old but works perfectly. It’s a motel like a movie, you can tell it’s very old, it must be about 30 or 40 years old and it’s never had remodeling. The smell of cigarettes is unbearable, it is stuck to the carpet and curtains, they should not allow smoking. The lights are gloomy, yellow and not very powerful, the wood of the furniture and doors is noticeable worn. In short, if you go alone to spend a night or rest for a few hours it is perfect, but it is NOT a place where you can spend more than one night. The night costs 200 dollars, to be honest for the motel conditions they should not charge more than 100. It’s time to do a complete remodeling, ban smoking and it would be the perfect motel.

In the room of 56, all of wall and fabrics ware smell smirked.

I couldn't love anything The person who welcomed us did not speak English and was not helpful at all. It is a terrible place, no one should go.

Saw Roaches in bathroom

Smoke alarm batteries were low, alarm beeped all night long until we finally just took it off the ceiling and took the batteries out. There was no actual fitted sheet on the bed.. kind of just a towel type material sheet laying on top. Bedding had burn holes and toilet barely flushed each time, had to pour water into the back at times. Fridge is barely even cold.

I don’t like anything Bed has bedbugs and smelling like a cigarette
