Very good

The Staff, Joe at the front desk was fantastic. The carpets were filthy. In the communal areas and in the room basin was cracked. Shower a trick to get working and sprayed everywhere, breakfast was bland. This place needs an urgent revamp. The duvets must be so old no fluff left in them. Beds and pillows need replacing. The reception staff were amazing.

Todo bien y limpio. No hay mucho estacionamiento al frente del hotel pero a un lado hay un edificio donde puedes estacionarte en el primer nivel totalmente seguro. Muy bien ubicado para usar el transporte público a Manhattan es una buena opción calidad/precio

The staff we very helpful with any questions we had. It is a very convenient hotel if you are planning a trip to NYC, the but stop if right out front. Overall we had a nice stay there and would definately stay again.

Staff receptionist was friendly nice and breakfast was okay Room was horrible,wall and ceiling was peeling and TVs doesn't work,was very hard reaching staff from room phone,since I was there for only one night I just try to past the night there,it wasn't worth the money I paid to stay there at all.

Super nice place. Great hospitality

1st we were scammed by a desk clerk guiding us to a friend for a taxi. He charged us $130 for a ride downtown NY. We took several car rides on our own after that. None were more than $80. Next was a poor breakfast. They had nothing but pure carbs. The eggs were out and they said they couldn't make more with 30 min before closing. The room: Needs upgraded. Had an odor similar to water damage. The bed sheets had dark spots around the sealed edges. One lamp was hanging on the wall. The TV had a defective speaker and the stations had bad reception. The telephone did not work when trying to call the front desk. Twice the toilet kept running after the flush. This particular LaQuinta hotel is being very poorly managed. We will not stay at another one.

Staff was great and very good location

Yesterday, after a long, exhausting 12-hour journey, I arrived at my favorite hotel and my favorite room, and I received this wonderful surprise—on top of everything being impeccable and full of feel in home ! They have wonderful coffee here—everything is wonderful. I’m at a loss for words to describe how good I feel at this hotel. Maria, the housekeeper, does everything to keep my room clean and smelling fresh. She is an excellent housekeeper; I really like her—I can't live without Maria anymore lol 😍 I want to thank the entire team at Quinta for making me feel so comfortable and welcome at this hotel, which feels like a second home to me.

The toilet and beds were clean but the rest of the room, especially the shower and surrounding area were in disrepair and not clean. Would not stay here again .

Parking at the front of the property is limited, and the parking area was quite dark at night. There was also a strong urine smell around the parking area, which made the experience unpleasant. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance, cleanliness, lighting, and attention to guest amenities. I hope management addresses these issues to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Easy to get too and staff was helpful The bathrooms had severely rusted fixtures, the shower curtain was stained and was barely long enough to keep water in.
