First, they couldn't find my reservation. Second the room they gave us was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Given wrong floor to get ice. I wouldn't stay at that hotel if they gave it to me for free.

Good choicce. Close to Manhaten. Breakfast not bad as acontinantal breakfast.

This is a kinda old hotel, but the cleanliness is at least acceptable, and the staff are quite diligent. However, the hygiene of the restrooms downstairs is appalling and needs improvement.

It was convenient location for ease of bus ride to NYC, very close to American Dream Mall. Free Parking. Breakfast was the same daily which was limiting. My family and I were comfortable and it suited our needs.

The room was clean my only problem, the sofa bed mattress was very dirty, no one was able to sleep on it.

I did not like anything about the property. It was old. First driving up to the property I could tell the building looked very old and tattered. This was followed by the craters and the falling apart parking lot that I had to enter in very carefully so I did not lose a tire. Everything in the entire place was extremely old and worn booking when we got up to the fourth floor, where we were staying the carpets were frayed on the edges and coming apart and our room was so old. It was something out of the 1970s. There were no amenities in the bathroom. The mirror was disgusting. There were ring stains in the toilet and the paint was chipping off all the walls since I was in a hurry to get to my event I did not get to complain. I needed to leave when I got back after midnight and went to get in bed. There were black long hairs on my sheets again since it was so late I was not about to move. I brushed it off, thinking maybe it could possibly be the maids that made the bed I convinced myself of that the carpets felt disgusting and the whole experience was awful. I would never stay at this place again, nor recommend it to anybody.

Room and exterior common areas were not well maintained. Air conditioning was not really working, very loud and noisy and only had one setting.

Needs upgrades, and the staff rarely answered when you called for service. For the price it was fine, but the mattress had a stain that was covered with the linen. Room needed to be refreshed.

Property is old,. Location wise it it's near metlife stadium and american dream. It's good when you watch concert from metlife. Because you won't get stuck too long in the traffic.
-
Very outdated and not at all what the picture online advertises. I will never stay here again. Wanted washcloths and was told there were no more and won’t be.
-
Room was very clean. The hotel area is very convenient but the hotel could be more up to date / modern. The furniture in lobby is old and needs to be cleaned. Bathroom needs to be also updated. Overall a good experience but hotel needs a bit of maintenance.

It was a horrible stay never again

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The mattresses were stained, walls peeling, carpets old, the lobby smelled horrible... However the check in staff was pleasant and very helpful.

I love how close it was to met life Well , I was placed on the 6th floor …… room 619 and there was a pull out couch… I went to pull it out to sleep on at 2am and there was no mattress on the pull out . I called down stairs and the guy said they were locked in the Maintance closet and he didn’t have the key ……. Then I asked for an extra blanket as we do have a pull out couch …. He said we would have to come down and get it bc he was busy with everyone coming in from the concert …… well I did and guess what no one was down there …. I was extremely disappointed …. Also it was a nice place everything is out dated . The hall ways were muggy and hot and so was the breakfast hall . Breakfast was good but they need more waffle machines for people can make more faster .
