Don’t stay here. The staff was nice, but the property was disgusting! Broken door handles, dirty carpets, rusted tubs, showers that didn’t work, and just…OLD. If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. I’m still waiting for my refund for two nights I didn’t stay because it was so bad!

Location is excellent if you want to travel to NYC, bus stop is right infront of gate. Lot of eating options.

Very good

There's free parking. That's a good thing, but their driveway has more craters than the moon and if it's rained, there's a lot of puddles. Check in was pretty easy, and they're friendly. The room was ok, but first, there were mystery stains and hand prints on the headboards, meaning, they've not been wiped down. Sheets for the bed were clean, pillows lacked comfort but they did the job. Furniture was well used and dented, and the rooms showed their age. The sofa showed its age and didn't look too inviting to sit on. Shower pressure was ok, but the drop ceiling tiles are nasty. The sink was slow to drain, and the faucet leaked everywhere. Getting face cloths was like pulling teeth. They don't service the room every day, and they seem to not have face cloths available. I almost had to go out to Walmart and buy sponges so we could shower. I find that this makes absolutely no sense. Clean linens should be a bare minimum of service and not a point of frustration. Breakfast was good. Standard stuff, and was hot and fresh. They should clean their coffee urns though because there was a bit of a strange taste to the coffee. All in all, would not stay at this property again. It needs a major overhaul. The staff is extremely apologetic and try to be as helpful as they can, and are extremely friendly, but the issues in this hotel come from above them.

I just don’t understand how these people are still in business, this is a Patel hotel, very dirty and not well maintained, as soon as you drive into the hotel you’ll see potholes with puddle of water, the lobby has very old carpet with dirt on the edges that could easily be removed by vacuuming, the chairs in the lobby are old, and have black stains on them. The complaint list is endless, how they are still in business blow my mind. For a $180 a night I would expect at least top notch cleanliness. This whole place needs a revamp.
