Great hotel for good price!

Hôtel situé près des transports pour aller à New-York, dans un quartier sécuritaire, avec des restos autour. Le petit déjeuner inclus est un atout.

Free WiFi & breakfast, available luggage storage for early check ins, kind and helpful staff, 24 hr mini mart right in the lobby, & clean bedding. Nice water pressure. Decent for a 1-2 night stay. Close to many food spots.

The hotel is quite clean and the staff were friendly. My only gripes were that it took a very long time to get hot water and I’ve had better hotel breakfast at comparable hotels.

Great location.

Place was clean the two queen beds were great for three adults. The air conditioning was very loud and frequently coming on and off. Breakfast was ok but no gluten free bread option.

Everything was excellent. I'm definitely staying there again.

Second night was much better than first

When we first arrived and arrived in our room, the smell hit you like a bag of bricks. Upon further inspection, it appeared to be the black mold in the air conditioner vents that were the problem. I went down to the front desk as the in room phone did not work. They told me they’d send someone right away. After about 30 minutes I went back down and they said they were explaining the situation to the maintenance person. He tried to say it was paint. (There was no way that room had been recently painted and that wasn’t the problem anyway). I asked for another room. They told me they’d send someone were sold out. Then after back and forth discussions between maintenance and the two staff members (in another language) they asked if we had used the room at all. Of course we had..we had been waiting for over a half hour and had completed a long day of driving. They eventually gave us another, cleaner and less smelly room. However, the question about whether or not we had used it left me wondering if they were going to put someone else in it. We stayed an extra night in the new room. It was much better.

Perfect access to Bus terminal Manhattan.

Room was clean. Perfect location to take the bus into NYC! Will stay again!

The room was nice and clean when we first walked in and the floor was hardwood which was nice. Parking was fantastic because you could park anywhere. Breakfast was okay it had all the necessities but not the at much food options which was fine for me because I don’t usually eat breakfast anyways. Staff were nice and helpful giving us instructions on how to get Manhattan

The hotel room was very clean and the front desk employees were nice. The area has many restaurants and easy access to the highway. A good value hotel for a night.
