The staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast choices, coffee in the lobby 24 hours, very clean property

Worst housekeeping . Never restocked towels and toiletries. Always had to cal front desk to get them. Room was dirty so requested to vacuum but after a stay of 5 nights never once the room was cleaned or vacuuumed. Very bad.

It's a nice property in a great location. Very near to alot of shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK but very crowded, most likely due to FIFA. Have stayed before and will probably again in the future.

It was very clean and quiet. Everything location excellent.

I liked everything during my stay, especially the quiet and cleanliness. I also liked how polite and helpful the staff were. I really liked the location as well, as it had multiple eating options and it was in a safe area. It was also near a major highway as well. In addition, it was only 20 minutes by car and maybe 30 minutes by bus without traffic. I also loved that it was very near the bus stop as well. The only thing that could improve the stay is to make a better breakfast for the guests. The breakfast was lacking in taste and variety, although I appreciate that it was free. In addition, the pillows need to be changed pronto as they are very old and very flat. It gave me a neck crick, and I woke up sore some mornings. In addition, the TV needs to be changed as it's very dark and watching anything is impossible, as the contrast is very off and you can only see dark spots when watching. Also, the room sometimes smelled of sewage, as I believe the smell was coming from the AC.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation to New York City. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast could offer more variety, and the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. Other than that, everything met my expectations.

Got a night during the fifa world cup at MetLife. Getting to American dream was easy before the match. Getting back was a bit harder and not expensive but overall great place greal location and friendly atmosphere. Nothing

The staff were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable and safe. The Breakfast is very good and there was abundant supplies of food and excellent choices of hot/cold beverages which is very rare in other hotels. We were very happy with our stay at Best Western Meadowlands. The only suggestion is to have more parking spots.
