The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Transportation to New York was convenient. However, the beds were a bit small for a group of five adults. I should book a king-size room next time. Thank you to the staff for being kind.

Just beside the venue i went to The location was very convenient and close to the venue I needed to go to, which was a big plus. However, I was a little disappointed with the room and some of the facilities. The bathroom sink was not working properly, so I had to use the other sink outside the bathroom instead. The room and overall condition of the hotel could also use some improvement and better maintenance. The staff was fine, and the stay was okay overall, especially because of the convenient location, but I expected a little more for the price.

Pool area wasn’t very clean, and all the vests and pool noodles were ripped and broken. Our room was so hot the ac clearly wasn’t working and when we asked for a second fan we were given an attitude and told only one per room. After us complaining they did bring us another one and told us someone would be by to check the ac which never happened. None of the channels on the tv worked. Went to open the complimentary body wash on the counter and it was already opened and half used which means it was never taken out from the previous person who stayed. No fan in the bathroom so when you showered it was extremely foggy and hot, also the entire floor was soaking wet after every shower regardless of how you closed the shower curtain. Had to ask for new towels every day yet no one came to take our old ones away, so they literally sat on the floor the whole time we were there and there was 5 of us. For the price we paid for 3 nights I don’t feel like it was worth it at all. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Room was hot! Toilet didn’t flush.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms are nice, breakfast was great. But the indoor pool is FREEZING!! The water is super cold and the room where the pool is isn't even warm! Its room temperature! Which the front desk staff told me herself. Thats crazy! An indoor pool area should be warm and toasty unless the pool is heated which it so was not. So my 9 year old daughter could not enjoy the pool because she was shivering way too much and had to get out.

Suites de très bonne dimension et confortable. Bel hôtel, bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

WiFi didn’t work. TV wasn’t working because the WiFi wasn’t working. AC hardly worked. AC vents were leaking water. Fridge didn’t work and leaked water onto food
