I have stayed at this location for years and it has gone down hill. The sinks didn’t work well and made noise when you turned on the water. The shower was old and beat up with bad water pressure. The room felt like it was a motel not a hotel. Overall it just felt beat up and ghetto and is not the same as what I am used to from this hotel. I would not stay there again.

Clean rooms, breakfast included for free. Parking. Local transportation infront of the hotel as well as the bus to NYC. Several restaurants close to the hotel and a shopping plaza. American Dream Mall several minutes away by car.

Waffles on the breakfast is better FIFO, wait to finish before they refill because they are mixed. Same with fries, 🍟😔 egg was too. We opted to have made to order cook egg but the ham was missing. Front desk was not much welcoming 😕. Maybe tired or lack of sleep. People love to complain or ask for help. Maybe they are overwhelmed. Ample parking, bus to New York just in front of the hotel. Clean rooms. We did not ask for cleaning because there is enough towels to use for 3 days. Overall, it's worth the stay because it was for sleeping and parking. Too tired to use the pool or gym. Very near Walmart, Sam's Club and many restaurants for dinner or snacks and for shopping too.

This hotel was perfect. A 1 trip bus route into NYC so convenient. Staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was fulfilling and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Harmony Suites! Everything was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. Complementary The breakfast 🙌 I truly enjoyed my stay and I would love to come back again!

Parking is free and convenient. More than enough space even if the hotel is full. Staff is always nice and helpful. Breakfast is perfect.

pot was clogged. Staff did come fix immediately. House cleaning is on request only but when we requested first day the refill of shampoo, glasses, coffee and towels was not done. we had to call and ask. it was as if only sheet were fixed. Pool was so small we didn’t even want to go in. Breakfast saving grace was omelette statio otherwise it’s a very regular continental breakfast 7am to 10 am which was quite rushed and they closed at 9:56 am. The hotel location is great if you are driving as parking is free and bus 320 takes you to Times square in 15/20 mins. Overall a 3 rating but not too bad either
