The room was really clean, I like that.
-
The room was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel feels dated, and the breakfast was very poor.

good place. I recommand

The internet was literally not functioning, full wifi signal but no internet. The staff would not listen or help. The lady at front desk kept repeating “this is the only internet we have” whatever that means. I told her is not working maybe a technician should take a look but nothing, no follow up or anything. Next day complain to another staff so he gave me a phone number to call instead of him calling! The breakfast was very very low quality, the pool was out of service.. Not going back!

Free parking and nice breakfast. Very well maintained hotel.

The parking garage is currently under some kind of construction so it was hard to find any kind of parking on the first floor level. My first night there I had to drive around the parking garage for a good 45 minutes trying to find an empty spot or wait for an empty spot park. And when I complained about it to the front desk clerks, I was treated as if I didn’t know English or how to read and then told to park in their 15 minute parking spot. As to the room, the room itself wasn’t so bad. It was nice with the exception that there was no AC. We had the AC on and turned all the way down to 65° but after having it on all day while we were away, we came back to a hot room. The swimming pool was over chlorinated so much so to the point that you stick your foot in it and pull it out it’s slimy all over the floor so you couldn’t really go swimming. You probably didn’t want to because you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool because of the amount of chlorine in the pool. Therefore, I ended up having to check out of the hotel because of my dissatisfaction with things a day before my expected departure..

Despite having advance notice and knowing that I would not be able to travel on my original dates, they refused to accommodate even a simple date change. They were fully aware that this meant I would lose the entire amount I had paid. I found this extremely disappointing and inflexible. A hotel that values its customers should be willing to work with guests when circumstances change, especially when the guest is not asking for their money back and is willing to pay any applicable rate difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend staying here.

It was a okay place

Graet place to stay
-
Very disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly or helpful and often seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Communication was poor, and requests took a long time to be addressed. The amenities were below expectations. Some facilities were not well maintained, and overall the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or service advertised. I would not choose to stay here

We did not know that the pool was closed until we got there, no refill for coffee or water. You have to ask for it.

Everything was good but it's just that the pool was closed. We booked based on pool availability but the same was not available. When we questioned about some compensation, we were told that booking was done through Expedia and that we should talk to Expedia and not to hotel directly.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and wonderful breakfast! Very good location whether you're going into the city of New York or just going to the mall next door.
-
It was fine, clean and quiet but very overpriced due to the football

Clean the carpets and get some lighting into the suites ! Missing the fresh brightness in the room
-
Excellent location that is close to many walkable restaurants and the American Dream Mall. The hotel has a nice vibe even though some of the decor is dated. The free hotel breakfast is always a good perk. Will return in the fall when I plan to attend a concert at the Metlife Stadium.

Great stay! Definitely recommend staying here while in town.
