Every was nice and clean a lot of space

The front desk staff that checked me in was rude. I asked for early check in and I was told my room would be ready at that time. I got there 45 to an hour after the time I requested and the room was not ready. The staff said she was checking on it so we sat for a while about an hour. She purposely stayed away from the desk to not have to encounter me. Breakfast was good and the convenience of the bus and shuttle was great!

We were in the hotel’s designated pickup/drop-off area loading our belongings. The parking attendant approached my sister and rudely told her to leave the area and drive farther down to load, even though he could clearly see that we had children, an elderly person, and a disabled person with us. My sister complied and moved her car, and I followed her in my vehicle. When I learned what had happened, I approached the attendant and calmly explained that we were simply loading passenger luggage and would leave as soon as we were finished. I also pointed out that this was a designated passenger pickup/drop-off area, not a highway or roadway where we were obstructing traffic. Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation professionally, the attendant became aggressive and confrontational. His behavior made me feel unsafe, to the point that I genuinely thought the situation might become physical. I understand that parking staff may have rules they need to enforce, but there is no reason for a guest or family member to be treated aggressively or made to feel threatened while simply trying to load luggage. The hotel should seriously address the conduct and customer-service approach of the parking staff. The front desk experience was positive, but this interaction significantly affected our overall experience

Clean room, kind and helpfu staffs, easy parking, the best location for trip to Manhattan (via NJ transit bus). I will definitely visit here again for my next NY trip.

Loved the room size and set up, however there was cracks in the floor tile. The hallway dmelled like old mop and there was also a smell near the ice machine. I was only there for one night so maybe it was before garbage pickup.

Excellent! We stayed st this property couple of times already. They are exceptional! The asian frontdesk agent is very nice. Definitely coming back.

Front desk staff were great. Parking was good. Shower curtain was dirty and smelled like mildew.

Nothing! the rooms are so dated and my family couldn't even stay at the hotel. they ended up staying another hotel It is Booking.com's fault for encouraging false advertising. My family couldn't even stay and ended up booking at another hotel. The hotel is filthy and extremely dated! They refused to refund us or even pay back a portion of our booking. we forfeited the entire booking amount. their name is also confusing - intentionally. as it sounds like another well known Hyatt brand

Exceptional

Unbelievably easy to get into NYC. Bus stop right outside the hotel door, with super fast service to the Port Authority terminal at 7th and 42nd. Hotel itself was VERY clean with free parking, and great staff. We’re a family of 5 and the suite room was both spacious and affordable. No brainer if you’re looking for a low cost option for an NYC trip. Breakfast can be crowded, and replenishment seems to really slow down as the end of breakfast approaches. If you’re not early, you may miss out on some of the hot menu items.

The staff were pleasant but generally not overly helpful. One exception was the housekeeping supervisor, who was excellent. She noticed we were a group of six and offered extra towels. She also offered to take my luggage cart back downstairs, which was a small but genuinely appreciated gesture. My biggest disappointment was the room view. I paid extra for a higher floor and two double beds because I understood this would give us a city view. Instead, we initially got a view of trees. I called the front desk and was told nothing was available that night, but that rooms would be available in the morning and I could switch. I came down at breakfast as instructed, but was told they still couldn't move us. They took my number and said they would call, but never did. After returning from shopping, I went back to the desk. They searched again and eventually found us a room with a city view. Unfortunately, the windows were so dirty that it was difficult to enjoy the view. This was especially disappointing because the city view was the main reason we chose this hotel instead of one with a pool, which the kids wanted. Situated in a nice neighborhood to New York City with easy access to the city by bus and train. Cost effective. Breakfast options were the same for all 4 days of my stay

We had a pleasant stay overall and really loved the location—it was extremely convenient for taking public transit straight into NYC. The entire facility and our room were spotlessly clean, and having convenient on-site parking for the car was a huge plus. The only major downside for us was the bed size. The beds were too small to comfortably fit two adults per bed; at least queen-size beds (or larger) would be a much better option, especially for families or traveling companions sharing a room. If you are traveling solo or don't mind cozying up, this is a clean, well-located, and easy option with great parking. With larger beds, it would easily be a five-star stay!

It was a nice place to stay I went there just for 3 nights and it was beautiful there food around there to go eat and Walmart is only 10 minutes walking the break is good

Great location with transportation to NYC within walking distance. Great amenities like free breakfast and free parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was good, and the free parking was a huge plus, especially when staying outside NYC. The staff was friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place for our family, and we would definitely stay here again!
