Perfect positioning for easy transit to NYC. Great breakfast and fabulous friendly staff. The room was great for my 2 daughters and I. We loved our stay.

Needed a quick hotel room when we lost power during a heatwave. Very clean, comfortable and decent space.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful and pleasant to talk to. I loved the breakfast and my two grandsons and two nephews enjoyed it as well. The parking was adequate and attached to the hotel with a bridge. All in all the accommodation were excellent. The hotel is right on a busline so we were able to take bus to the American Dream Mall. Which saved us on driving to it and finding parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking nice place to stay over night.

We had multiple rooms and 5 people traveling on this trip. Everything about the stay was a great experience. The hotel location made it easy to leave the property and get to anyplace we needed. The hotel itself was clean and quiet and all members of the staff made sure that that our experience there was 5 stars. On a trip from the lobby to my room carrying breakfast for two people I was joined by two employees that were cleaning the rooms. I was going to 9th floor and they going to 6th floor. They noticed how full my hands were with breakfast items and asked how I would open my door. I had not thought about that and they offered to go to my floor and let me into the room so I didn’t have to struggle getting the door open. Their kindness and actions was not expected but appeared to be a typical response from any employee at the hotel. It is the little things that make the trip enjoyable and guests coming back on future stays. Lots of hotels are clean and comfortable but not all have staffs that go the extra to make sure the guests are first priority. This hotel will be my first pick on any trips to the area…

The hotel is great. Staff is friendly and breakfast is great too. It has a convenient covered parking and quick access to Lincoln tunnel. However, we were very disappointed by 2 important things. At first, the room looked clean but our bed was having 2 socks from someone else… which made us doubtful about the fact they changed the bed linens from previous customers. The front desk apologized for the situation and provided us 2x complete bed linens set which we had to replace it ourselves since nobody was available to do it. Second, the elevator is making a lot of noise when it moves and when the door open and close. If your room is next to the elevator, you hear this annoying noise all night on top of the noisy AC… we didn’t had great nights. We requested another quieter room but none available far from elevator.

I am not a paid reviewer. I just wanted to review this hotel for others because it was excellent. The rooms were beyond clean. The staff was constantly cleaning while we were there. They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The price was a little high, but breakfast was included and I’m fine with paying a little more for rooms that are beyond clean and a hotel that was safe and accommodating. Also, very convenient for NYC sightseeing.

The hotel staff was GREAT! They were very attentive and any time we needed anything for our room they brought up very quickly. Location is great because bus stop is right next to hotel and that’s an easy way to get to the city. The room was big and had lots of space for 6 people. Breakfast was good as well. Overall great stay!

Staff were super helpful, room was alright but too small for 3 people. There is no kitchen sink so we had to use the bathroom sink which was in the bedroom. Property is near to the NJ 320 bus stop.
