Kitchen So far ok

The room smelled awful, but the bathroom was on another level—it smelled completely rotten in there. With coffee and energy bars as breakfast. For our 3+ days stay room was not cleaned once also, when asked they said it is only cleaned once in 2 weeks. You can get NJ transit bus outside the hotel, the food plaza is nearby.

Convenient to get into NY Seems like it’s being renovated. Smelled like Raid cockroach spray and floors were sticky. The pocket Door to bathroom wouldn’t lock. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The lobby was not inviting. The only plus was the staff who were very very helpful.

1. The website says the Deluxe Queen Studio + Sofa Bed sleeps 4. The sofa is a TWIN bed, My 9 years olds couldn't fit together on it. The pillows are cheap, flat and uncomfortable. 2. The kitchen is not stocked. There is a note to "customize your kitchen" -and the front desk will deliver things. My first delivery was 2 plates, 2 bowls, silverware, collander, one plastic serving spoon and spatula, (both had plastic peeling off), dish towel and 1 saucepan. I called back as it didn't match the items on the note. The front desk told me to come get it. I had to read the note to them to convince them they had to deliver it. They brought a toaster, frying pan, coffee maker. The frying pan was unusable due to Teflon peeling off badly. 3. No bathroom fan so a shower steams things so bad you can't see anything in the mirror. 4. The hotel entrance said "No Smoking" but there were people smoking out there frequently - you had to go through smelly smoke when you came in. Even after notifying front desk, they did nothing. 5. "Free breakfast" was ONLY coffee, tea and packaged muffins. No fruit, cereal, etc. 6. There is poor ventilation in the rooms -when you cook anything with any browning the smoke alarm goes off. The fire dept had to come and said this happens all the time there. 7. The decor is dingy + outdated

Di rty....the blinds in the room dirty. The comforter on the bed dirty, looks kinda moldy in the bathroom. The thermostat would let you change it and then turn off after a minute or so. It did that all night, so it was hot in the room. The grab and go is terrible....you can get better stuff than that. I have never left a comment because every other location was waaay better than this one. Please clean it up.

The location Fire alarm came on 8am in the morning scared me and messed up my sleep never got a answer on what happened or anything from the staff on what was as going on.

If there had been other hotels available (several canceled flights +World Cup) we would have turned around and walked out. Disgusting doesn't do the state of this hotel justice. We slept all four of us on one King Bed on top of the sheet because the "pull out bed" looked like the mattress came from a dumpster and was a single twin. Ants and a thick layer of film on surfaces. Sketchy and nasty - would not recommend.

I’ve never given a bad review before, but… During my stay, I noticed ants crawling through the kitchen area. Although I requested and received a room switch the following day, the second room also had ant problems! Since the presence of pests is absolutely unacceptable! I’m bringing this matter to your attention so that you are aware of this deep-rooted problem and can take appropriate action.

However the hotel interior is extremely old . Overall, the property exterior & interior definitely needs some facelift for sure . Note, the price this soccer season was extremely expensive considering what I mentioned regarding hotel ambience.

Restroom were so bad and weird smell were in the property..

Location was very convenient. Parking lot was extremely small and sometimes had no space available for me. The lobby was filthy, my alarm clock was broken, the walls had holes in them, the shades were broken and could not be pulled down.

Location was wonderful and staff was very helpful. Room was good. More options need to be provided for breakfast.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and looked so dirty! We asked for extra pillows but unfortunately they weren’t able to provide it. Stay was okay. Breakfast was a plus though.
