Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel Our room had a strong mildew smell, and the carpet was sticky and damp. Although the property moved us to a different room the next day, we had to spend a whole night in that first nasty room. After a 14-hour drive, this was terrible. The room should never have been open for booking in the first place.

It was a decent location, and I guess what one would expect for the price point. I have stayed in nicer Hilton Garden Inns in other locations. If you miss the turn in, you have to go all the way around and it takes another 15 or more minutes to get back.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean. I would have liked for the bus stop to NYC to be closer instead of having to cross over a busy highway, but that is not the hotels issue.

The property was excellent, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. If I had one complaint, it was the shower. To say that there was no water pressure would be an understatement, I would have had better luck taking a bath in the sink. I know they try to save water by limiting the pressure, but when you have to take a shower three times as long to feel like you’re getting clean is it really saving anything?

Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong humid and mold-like odor. The room felt poorly ventilated, and later we discovered visibly wet carpeting near the bathroom and beside the bed. We had already unpacked and chose to tolerate the conditions for the single night stay rather than request a room change.
