The hotel was not as advertised. The lobby was very tight, the outside was dated. The male staff tried to attack me because of their outdated payment system. The room was less than impressive I was afraid to take a shower in the bathtub. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Todo bien

The room was very dirty, we found food from previous guests in the refrigerator

don’t judge a book by its cover. the area looks a bit rundown on the outside but the rooms are gorgeous and amazing for the price.

Not a lot Rooms old and weathered. Mattresses felt 30 years old. Pillows also shocking. Bathroom barely worked ... previous persons toiletries still in there.

Nothing, my son have reservations for two more days we cancel it, property charge $351.00 All, run down place

The room was very dirty. All the sheets were dirty, we found pubic hair on the cover sheet, blood and we also noticed that all the blankets had smoke burns. The blankets had hair all over it as if somebody had just used it and it was never cleaned. We called the cleaning lady in, and she was saying that everything was clean even though I was showing her the dirty blankets right in front of her eyes. We ask the front desk and they also didn’t care. The lady said to we had to talk to Expedia and that she couldn’t do anything about it.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was very dirty, had a terrible smell, and there was water leaking inside the room. The overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the extremely rude and disrespectful behavior of the reception staff, especially one female receptionist and her male colleague. Their attitude toward guests was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. The property feels unsafe, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Stay away and choose another hotel if you value your comfort, cleanliness, and safety. Hotel room wise, 5 stars, very spacious and bathroom was nice. However the waiting area was very small, and no place to sit. That really affected us as we had to wait a long time for our uber. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.

No clean No clean

You got what you paid for. There's hair on the bed. Broken cabinet door. Broken elevator light and very slow elevator. Won't come back.
-
Shower was ok. Bed was actually pretty comfortable. I was on the non highway side and slept well. AC worked and wasn't super loud like they sometimes are in these places. Hotel staff was behind glass which is always "welcoming" but assisted immediately whenever I needed something. This was much cheaper than other options when I stayed. You're getting what you pay for, but if you just need a place to sleep its a perfectly servicable option.

The room is in a great location. Great restaurants close by and very close. The room itself were clean maintained and the structure was good. Worth the stay to get to nyc!

Nothing at all images on booking doesn’t reflect the reality its a mess paying 200$ wasnt worth at all big mistake The bed Frame were broken asked the staff to change it they weren’t able to i slept on the floor

Just a hotel. Not much in the way of amenities and not all that clean, but it works.
-
Bathroom needed a better toilet. The seat was coming off. The floor in the room was kinda dirty. Most of the channels on the tv were unavailable. But there was a fridge and microwave and that came in handy. There was also a iron which was also helpful. They also need a better elevator. It was slow and very dirty.
