easy comute to Manhattan, using bus 190. Large room, comfortable bed. Good complimentary internet I forgot in my room some clothes. I called the hotel after I left and I realized there were missing items and I was told by the receptionist they did not find anything in my room

Dirty, off the road Hotel. I'd consider this a 'decent stop for the price', but the Indian staff refused to refund my $50 deposit, making it not worth the price or stay at all.

I paid a $50 security deposit. I never received the refund after check-out. When I asked in person, staff claimed the money had been returned, but I never got it. When I called later, the front desk said they couldn’t handle it and told me to contact the manager. I also followed up via Expedia and got no reply. Terrible service.

Nothing Because they did not say anything about the place being so small and I had a big truck with me

It’s been one week since I checked out. The hotel charged a 50-yuan deposit at check-in, and I haven’t got the refund yet.
