I expected a little better. The room smelled like smoke , the walls and light fixers were dusty and the bathrub was dirty and clogged. I would have complied to the help desk , but i was tunn late for a concert . By the time ingot back to the hotel it was after midnight . All in all it was ok nothing special for the price i paid . Also the property lacks security. The plus side is that it is 10 min from Metlife and American Dream and thats what your paying for the convenience of being close however you cant walk to thos locations from the property. 4.5 out 10 .

Very close to the stadium and train station so it was very easy to where I needed to be.

As of Aug 4, 2026, The remodeling isn't complete, so there's only the old fitness room and one new restaurant (food was fine, if overpriced like most hotels). So expect some unfinished rooms, paint smell, and workers. The disturbance was minimal for such things, but be aware. There was NO SHUTTLE for a major concert at MetLife Stadium, despite what the website says, let alone the easy walking access to that was originally advertised when I booked several months ago. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and I think it will be nice when complete. But for now, wouldn't recommend paying a 4-star price for what's available.

Property walking in to check in. Staff did not greet us when walking in. Not very friendly. The only staff that was friendly was the greeter at the entrance who offered to help with our bags and helped us get a cart for our bags & helped us our room.

Inconvenience to get to Anetican Dream or MetLife Stadium. Was supposed to be a free shuttle to MetLufe Stadium, but upon arrival was told there was no shuttle to the stadium. Needed to use Uber or Lyft get there & back. No microwave, safe was locked. No cups in the bathroom. Plenty of towel, soap & toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains worked will. Only one restaurant, food was so-so, price was rather high, surprised by the 22% service charge. Very spacious lobby, comfortable chairs. Disappointed the pool was closed. No shops were accessible. Staff was great & friendly.

This hotel bills itself as a luxury hotel. Maybe one day, but not as it stands right now. We stayed here for a concert with the hopes of staying at the property shown in the photos. Beyond the lobby area, which is where all of the efforts have gone into to update the facade, this is very much a middle of the road hotel that is not worth the price tag in the least. We booked hoping for the shuttle service to the concert. Even called to confirm it would be available. I think the person who answered the phone may have thought we were booking for FIFA, even though I stated that it was a concert listed on their Events section, which led to a massive frustration. The staff member said that we would have access to the shuttle for a nominal fee. Upon arrival, we were informed that wouldn't be the case. As we had planned for it, we ended up scrambling to get to Metlife. There, we rented an Uber. On the way home, we were forced to buy a ticket to the Metlife train, take that to the Secaucus station, then to Rutherford, and finally an uber back to the hotel. The pool, which was originally slated to be open by Aug 1st, isn't open. The gym is as basic as a Comfort Inn gym. The bar and restaurants aren't open at all/fully. The breakfast options are basic hotel buffet options that you usually get for free. Rooms are old and not at all updated.

The rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would differently stay here again in the future.
-
Overpriced food. The hotel, understaffed. Not worth the price they charge per night.
-
The staff at front desk was very helpful, Spanish and English smiling all the time and providing all the information 10 out 10 for the front desk
-
I booked a room with 2 beds. I got one with one bed. We had to cut our stay short because of it
-
Upon entering the property, the lobby looked beautiful, but then there was construction dust, and all of the hallways. The elevators had construction materials in them upon getting into the room. There was water damage, clearly visible on the ceiling ceilings. There was mold, smell in the room. there was all the ceilings that evidence of water damage. It was an absolute disaster.
-
Some construction going on and air conditioning was too cold and difficult to set up
-
The hotel restaurant food was ok and service was lacking. Stayed during a World Cup game and convenience to MetLife Stadium was a challenge. Probably will stay somewhere else if we ever come back.

There was one bar open, we ordered a food and the food was served on the paper plates and plastic forks. I don't think the hotel with the status "wonderful" should serve the food this way. They didn't even have coffee maker !!! We were told to go to American Dream Mall to get food and coffee. Totally overpriced for what was offered !!! The shuttle to the stadium $50 per person, VIP $400. If the whole description of your hotel is a total lie you should at least provide free shuttle to the stadium. Total disappointment!!!!
-
Staying at this expensive hotel was like camping. The front desk staff did not coordinate between shifts leading to many bad surprises. They seem to open prematurely with the hope of charging World Cup fans outrageous prices while offering almost no services.
-
This place has potential but a lot of little construction going on al over. Location to stadium and the mall is great but you can’t walk there. It is a very isolated location.
-
This property is falling apart.
-
Hotel barely opened. Maybe just for the World Cup to price gauge people. So sad. No food places opened , elevators are horrible. Rooms are horrible

We arrived on june 13 with nothing available at this hotel. The website advertised a brand new clean fully functioning hotel. My husband and daughter had to get off the elevator because the door wouldn’t shut all the way therefor the elevator wouldn’t move. Total safety issue. Nothing advertised no pool was a hole in the floor the escalator didn’t move stilts holding up the sink in the bathroom in the lobby, no functioning kitchen they brought in a third party for coffee and muffins. No gym no nothing they have on their site totally false advertised. They also wanted you to pay $250.00 to park in their lot even if you were staying at the hotel because fifa was in the area even if you weren’t attending. The rooms were filled with dust from construction and lights not even working. They must have had so many people complain because they changed their site 2 days after we were there. Don’t waste your time here was an awful experience

Although the hotel looks good on the webpage, there are few things to consider. Please note that this is only my experienced. Starting with a whooping $840. Dollars for 2 nights, and trust me that the money is not the problem, if not the quality of the rooms.. Please consider the following. The lobby area looks amazing, but coming through the elevator to the 21st floor the carpet were not vacuumed… looked worst than a motel. Moving with the interior of the room,. Bathroom appearance was not cleaned properly,. very disappointing! The bathroom door didn’t close, the vent exhaust was extremely filthy, no shower soap. Shower head defected, shower faucet not closing properly. But the worst experience was to dealing with a very loud noise from the A/C unit. I’m aware that this was/is an old hotel, but not with the price… please consider your options before staying here.. On the other hand, staff were very friendly and professional. I would give this a 3 start because if it’s location and how close was to the Dream Mall, other than that. I much rather stay 20 minutes out with a better maintained facility… best to all… Innovations team, LLc
