The front desk staff were so nice. The bar/ restaurant was very convenient while waiting to go to a concert. Happy hour appetizers and drinks and the bartender was so nice. Also the front desk showed us the option to do the shuttle to and from MetLife which totally paid off. Also the little convenience store to get a late night snack after returning late from the concert. Microwave included to heat up your midnight snack. N/a

Great stay! Very clean and staff all helpful. I went for the BTS concert and they informed me of a shuttle service to and from Metlife Stadium saved me a lot of money and it was very efficient!

The hotel itself is nice. It feels like things look nice, but are starting to fall apart. Room was relatively clean, spacious and the bed was comfy but again things were starting to fall apart so it feels a little cheap. If that’s something you can overlook, it won’t affect your stay. The only thing that was frustrating is we booked this hotel since it had a restaurant in it that offered breakfast and dinner. We were looking forward to ordering breakfast as the offerings sounded really good! When we went down for breakfast, they apparently were short staffed and were only offering a breakfast buffet ( that we weren’t notified of when asking to look at the menus the night before) for $22, the same things that most hotels offer for free!! Super disappointing!
