The bathroom sink kept getting clogged up & the ac was not working

Showers are nice but shower floors need replacing. The property is next to the highway. Our first room was very noisy at night we got no sleep. They moved us to another room and that was great.

The front desk okay but the demeanor was not genuine or pleasant to speak to. The demographic is definitely a more older white clientele and as a young POC women I didn't really feel welcomed. I personally wouldn't stay there again next time,

We got to the hotel and were told then that we would have to stay in a different hotel as there had been a leak. Though I'm glad they provided accommodations and paid for the night, they should have called to let us know once they found out, not when we got there

The location from the Stadium. I was in town for a concert and to travel for New York. The only problem I had was I didn't have a microwave in my room. Also I didn't like being near the ice machine. It was noisy. And I felt like someone was coming into room.

Got in an hour early of check-in time to go to the Ed Sheeran concert and they wanted to charge me $20 to check in early. I thought that was a little ridiculous.

When we arrived our fridge was not working so they needed to replace it. Then, there was blood on our comforter and when I told the staff he didn’t do anything about it for us.

Gym is nice and clean. Bedroom needed a deep clean. Showers were dirty and stains here and there

We arrived at 9 pm with a sleeping child and we had to wait 20 minutes for our room to be ready
