The hotel, the hotess and all the amenities except for the eggs at breakfast was amazing.

The staff was amazing! Really responsive and nice. I took advantage of the free shuttle from the hotel to American Dream. That was the best. The free breakfast was great! Not continental but a full breakfast helped save money that the kids spent at the mall! The furniture, linen and bathroom were very dated. That being said, the pros far outweighed the cons! And did I mention, the staff was the best!

My partner and I had an incredible time. We only stayed from Sunday to Tuesday, but we were able to enjoy a lot from the amenities that they provided. I really enjoyed that they had a free shuttle service that dropped and picked you up from the American Dream Mall. Breakfast was also included (there were a lot of options). I will definitely be coming back!

Big spacious rooms, clean property, breakfast was amazing and had different items. Two ladies at front desk was really helpful to my family with navigating to NYC using shuttle and bus. Was truly amazing experience.

There in a 250 dollar deposit on the room. Most places I've stayed have been only 100 dollars. I was disappointed in the amount of this hold. Because I couldn't use the money for my upcoming trip. And I wasn't told about in advance.

I like the convenience of the location, the size of the room, and the fact that I was able to cook my own food in the kitchen. I love the comp breakfast. Everything was made fresh. I didn't enjoy the spa tub. The water wouldn't stay in, so i didn't get to enjoy the jet. That was one of the reasons I picked the room. There were no robes provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and the fitness center was clean, well-equipped, and a great place to work out. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
