The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful I didn't like the fact that they said transportation (shuttle), and when we got there, they told us that he was on vacation.

Plenty of parking and the entire hotel staff was excellent! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping with major freeways and highways mins away.

Sarah was amazing! She helped us set up transportation to and from concert! Breakfast was good and it has many different options!

Paid almost $500 not to get complimentary. Breakfast went down to go eat at 830, and they ran out of food, so end up checking out early the go. Dying somewhere for a breakfast. In the middle of getting our room, they had a room that smelled like animals.So they had to change our room wasn't a good stay The front desk person was prompt to change our room.That's the only good thing I got to say besides that.It wasn't a good stay.I think I won't stay at another.I h g hotel

Sarah was extremely helpful! We were there for BTS concert and she helped us find safe transportation to and from the concert! Room was clean and they had a great breakfast selection.
