The hotel overall was nice. Although the front desk staff were polite, they were not that helpful. We checked in at 3:30 (30 minutes prior to check-in). We were told that the Executive Suite that we booked was not ready as “they have until 4pm.” We were told to come back. We came back at 3.55pm, told the room still isn't ready. At 4:15 we were told the room still isn’t ready. We asked if the cleaning staff was alerted that we were waiting on the room. We were told they didn’t alert the cleaning staff until 4:05 as “they have until 4pm.” Disappointed as we were headed to the Giants game and wanted to be early. Booked the top level hotel room, only to wait around for an hour. Watched as every other person checking in was able to get into their room.

The hotel is well-situated, offering a pleasant, clean, and comfortable environment.

The room was clean and I love how it’s pet-friendly. That’s where they got me and also the staff was very nice and helpful.

Arguing with the front desk staff for 10 minutes about getting my receipt during check out would have really been nice. Especially since I had place to be and under time management.

I like the fact that the room has an extra sofa and the lighting in the room was great I did not like the fact that we are to leave because the price was too high

Very nice place, but the description on Hotel.com needs to be corrected: there is no restaurant at the property. Breakfast has high quality, specially it provides omelette, for which I would give a full point. Shower cubicle is large so a safety bar is a must. The room has filtered water supply as drinking water that is also a plus.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and AMAZING !! They were also very helpful and kind. The lady at the egg station was pleasant and remembers what her guest wants. The room was very clean and had amazing amenities. I will definitely stay there again.
