The room was clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating!!

The room was nice. It was clean and the location was perfect for what we needed it for. The only complaint that I have about the room is that the tub didn’t drain well and it filled up while you were showering. It slowly drained on its own after you were done.

My sheets were stained, there were cob webs everywhere the breakfast was not good at all and the toilet seat was peeling

Very busy area. Difficult to walk to Met Life

Just a normal house. Nothing special, stayed there for the World Cup game and it was less than 1 mile away. They did not allow you to walk to the stadium, which was really stupid. If I knew that, I never would’ve stayed there.

The city bus RIGHT out the front door direct to Times Square and back was perfect. Highly recommend this property for cleanliness, breakfast, staff and convenience.

Everything was great I was happy about everything but one thing No TV

Great experience with the hotel staff and the property. Very close to MetLife and other places.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our questions. The shuttle service did not provide accurate information.We were quoted a price of 30 dollars round trip. Shuttle service was paid for the event, and I sold my VIP parking ticket because we found it more convenient than driving ourselves. When getting to the event, the shuttle informed us there would be no service back. I paid triple the amount to get back to the hotel. I understand that the shuttle is a 3rd party service, but I found it to be unprofessional. It left 6 people without a ride back because they didn't find it convenient to come back to get us.

Room was good, Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fine. Overall it was good.

The gym to Small not enough materials and to much of cardio machine

The breakfast that was included was terrible and on Sunday they only had awful scrambled eggs (I think powered) or rubbery boiled eggs, toast or cereals. No meat or potatoes that you normally get with a full breakfast. The front staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
