Close to stadium Urine smell in walk way YUCK

The location of the hotel is great. But they have horrendous amount of bed bugs. I went back home with severe bug bites and an allergic reaction!!!

Sheets weren’t changed. They were stained with body fluids.

I liked everything

It was close to the stadium. The room was clean. The lock on the one door didn’t lock

Chose it because it was close to MetLife stadium. Immediately upon entering there was a person having a confrontation with staff. Get to the room and it looks good but standing water in shower, have to change rooms which was extremely inconvenient while getting ready for an event. After a long night at a concert came back to room only to see cock roaches on the walls! Drove 4.5 hours home immediately. I wish I took photos but just was focused on leaving. The staff were polite and tried to help by changing room.

The bed and room were clean. Water heater didn't work in the shower. The area outside my bedroom smelt really funky. Other than that, it's very close to Met Life, so it served its purpose

For half of our day, our room didn’t have hot water in the shower or the sink

Close to stadium. Everything. Room was dirty. Dingy. Dark. Rusty. It was blood stains on the lamp shade. Buggers on the walls. The entrance door wasn't flushed to the frame so rain and bugs came in. I know yal probably think I'm making this up. But I'm not. Ice bucket had visible dirt stains on it. Frozen garbage stuck inside freezer. My wife and i slept on top of the bed with all of our clothes on. Didn't bother switching rooms. Based On The hotel itself I'm sure every room was like this. And we didn't switch hotels because we were already behind on time for our concert. Was only there one night. I never left a review before. Good nor bad. But I had to say something about this one. DON'T STAY HERE

Exceptional

They had free coffee The toilet barely worked and they didn’t send someone to fix it. The lobby sitting area furniture was dirty and flat.

Check-in was easy Once you leave your room, the courtyard area was very hot and humid, and once you leave your room, the walkway to your room smells like urine. The walkway to all rooms needs to be power washed, and sanitize

Didn’t have breakfast check out quickly The room smelled..The water in the shower didn’t go down like it was clogged..New toilet paper should be in the rooms not unwrapped ones.. It was 90 degrees and the air conditioner was not on when we checked in room was hot as hell.

The cost for essentially a concrete hostel motel is extortionate

The room didn't look like it was cleaned before my arrival the shower definitely wasn't clean there was ring marks on the counter tops

Staff was nice but the room was dirty and smelled of urine. Also all of rain water came into our room from under the door. I didn't bring it up to staff. Location is great

It was really close to the Metlife stadium. Room is clean enough. Just the outside area smelled like urine when we walked to the room.
