Hotel was beautiful and clean but there were a few annoying things. The shower was dripping loudly, the main room door kept sticking so it was very loud, the body wash dispenser was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling on the floor. The complementary breakfast was fine. You have to pay $10 per day to park. I would stay again but I think I’d try another hotel next time.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean room. The hallway was terrible, it was carpeted and smells like wet dogs. I had to cover my nose when leaving the room to the elevator.

On the first night, the guests next door were screaming, running, and stomping for hours. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done and the noise continued. On the second night, the exact same thing happened. Around 12:30 a.m., I called the front desk again to report the excessive noise and was told someone would check on it. After waiting and hearing no update, I had to call the front desk back myself to ask whether anyone had checked. I was then told that staff had gone to the room around 1:30 a.m. and did not hear any noise. However, the noise never stopped—it continued even after I was told they had checked. There was no proactive follow-up from the hotel to let me know the outcome or to see if the issue had been resolved. The following morning, the noise started again 8am. I’m not referring to normal hotel noise. I’m talking about loud screaming, children running back and forth, heavy stomping to the point that you could hear and feel the impact in the room. It honestly sounded as if the room had become a playground rather than a hotel room. A different staff member came by that morning, heard the noise himself, and acknowledged the disturbance, confirming that the issue was real. What disappointed me most was not just the noise, but how it was handled. After 2 nights of disrupted sleep, I expected better communication, follow-up, and an effective resolution. We like the decor of the hotel walking in we were happy. What we didn’t like our shower didn’t drain and it wasn’t fun standing in a pool of water while showering.

Friendly staff made the trip worth it but price and amenities didn’t feel like lived up to expectations based off others reviews.. lesson learned next time but overall not great but not bad either

The staff was super helpful the whole time but we found an empty bottle that wasn’t ours in the room. The bathroom was also kind of see through. Overall the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed it.

The pool was smaller than I expected for a hotel that host so many families. The pool was not clean due to the excessive amount of visitors
