The first room I was assigned to smelt like a horrible cigarette smell. I did let the front desk know and they did change my room. However, they didn’t seem to care that the room had an odor and the breakfast was awful.

Fabulous, especially when attending an event at MetLife Stadium.

We were advised that the shuttle would bring us to the concert at the stadium across the street. The shuttle in fact brought us to a random restaurant parking lot, away from the stadium, and wanted to charge us $15 per person instead. (We ended up ubering for a total of $9 from this parking lot). The front desk staff also lied and stated that we could cross the road and walk there, which is false according to law enforcement (threatening j-walking) and local residents advice. The elevator area at the hotel also reeked like raw sewerage at night. Other than that, decent hotel. Definitely do not appreciate the staff’s misinformation which cost a lot of unexpected $$ to get to and from the show.

This location was very convenient to Metlife Stadium and the American Dream. Ease of access to most all things you will need at the American Dream. I would definitely stay here again. Great price and friendly staff.

Best stay ever! The staff was amazing! They were funny, professional, easy to talk to. Room was so clean and comfortable. My son even asked if we could move there. 1000 out of 10. I highly recommend. Super close to the mall.

Close to MetLife!!! & free breakfast! The smell!

This hotel was nice. My flight was canceled and delayed. I called and told the staff in advance. My room was pay at property and all they did was take a deposit on the day of arrival. When I got there, the staff was so kind and helpful and check us in with no problem. This hotel was close by the metlife stadium. You can walk now from this hotel to the stadium. Its about a 30 min walk, but I recommend taking the hotel shuttle to Red's and than Red's to Metlife Stadium. Red's charge 15 dollars a person roundtrip to the stadium and back to the hotel shuttle. The hotel itself have free shuttle to the mall and back as well. They have free hot breakfast and waffles. This was the smoothest concert I ever went to. If I ever come this way again for a concert or event. I will definitely stay here again.
