Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clinton by IHG

Great Job. We needed extra towels, lost Croc's and Expensive Shirts around swimming pool area. They had picked them up for us and were waiting in Lost & Found. Yay! Breakfast was fantastic. A full counter of fruits, granolas, pancakes (neat machine that makes three at a time, crispy bacon, breakfast potatoes, several kinds of pastries, bagels and of course scrambled eggs with biscuits & gravy. Wow! Impressive. The Indoor Water Park is closed while I-40 construction work continues. Hopefully it will finish by the end of next year (27) and will re-open. Our 4 grandkids missed getting to go but made good use of the indoor pool at the facility several times a day. Whoo Hoo!!

It is a little run down and the road construction is a bit of a hassle. Plan extra time leaving. The water slide is seasonal and was not open nor was the pool. It is in a separate building. The parking was ample and it is easy to park near your room. Staff very nice and kind. Seems a little overpriced for what you get given the rooms are kind of old and worn. The bed was springy and uneven and there was a hole in the sheet.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so incredibly kind and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. There is construction and it is difficult to get to. It's in a good location and will be easy to get to when the construction is finished. The breakfast was ok, but not as good as most Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The hotel could use an update.

Air conditioner didn’t work that well

Very welcoming upon arrival.....the location was very quiet.....it's a little older BUT it's clean comfortable, slept like a baby....the rm had everything I needed....the morning host Max was very accommodating in everything we needed, there was a excellent breakfast layout...Great choices....the dining area was spotless....I would definitely stay again...

It was fairly close to our great nephews wedding venue. It was a nice clean establishment. The breakfast was the traditional cereal, bagel, waffle, egg and sausage breakfast. Nothing special but edible. The staff was very polite. I would stay again.

Jojo at the front desk was great. She helped me get a good deal on food delivered to the hotel, and helped me make coffee while I waited for my order to be delivered. Difficulty in getting to the hotel due to all the construction going on around it. Also, try to avoid having the elevator shut down at 8:30 in the morning when people are trying to check out with their luggage.

Breakfast was awesome! Construction on Main road blocked entrance but management called and gave us directions to another entrance went above and beyond! Everything

Rough check in due to using Affirm, but the new employee at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. She called me back exactly when she said she would and empathized with my tired son and his friend who were traveling across the country. Stuff happens, but she was super nice about it and it made it much better.

It was quiet (and our room was close to the elevator and ice machine). Beds were ok. Staff was friendly Liked the mini kitchen area but the mini fridge did not work. , but we did not realize this until the next morning. The bathroom faucet did not shut off well. both things will be reported when we check out and will be presumably repaired.

Best breakfast I have every had at a motel.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Clean with plenty of towels.

Really nice rooms

The staff was wonderful and the manager is new. However, The beds were very old spring beds with no toppers or anything in extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. If you have any back issues, this is a hard pass. The room is in much need of updating, as there are no USB outlets or many accessible plugs.
