THEY NEED TO IMPROVE BREAKFAST
-
The place is beautiful. They are deceiving. When I booked it says, it includes breakfast but there is no breakfast on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They need to disclose this on booking.com. Also the hot tub does not work.

It was pretty good. I would have liked a mirror in the bathroom that was lower. I'm short and couldn't see in it.

Great stay, great help staff, everything was super clean they close the deck sitting area at 10 which we didn’t particularly care for when you go you want enjoy being outside and the the fire pits weren’t able to be turned on. Everything else was good everything around closes around 8pm.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast, so I can't speak to how it was. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed.

The location!!!!! The brewery across the street had excellent pizza and beers

The hotel is new (opened in 2023) so everything is in good working order and it was clean. Staff were friendly enough but only if asked a question - they dont initiate conversation. It is a very plain facility, nothing elaborate or fancy. The price for this facility is very expensive for what they offer. It is right on the main highway going through Cloudcroft and there is no good view of the mountains. Our room was advertised as having a view, but I dont know what they were referring to. We had to leave the drapes closed because there was a cabin a few yards across from our room and when they were on their porch they looked right into our room. The rooms on the front of the hotel looked out to the street and Im sure there was street noise. The morning breakfast was adequate. Packaged sweet rolls, cereal. There was a nice man who cooked bacon, eggs and hash browns every morning. We stayed three nights and by the third morning we were tired of the same thing.

Amazing stay overall! The indoor pool was especially appreciated by my 10yr old because despite traveling in mid-July, temperatures were too cool to have been swimming outside. My only suggestion would be to install a full length mirror in the rooms- the bathroom mirror makes it difficult to get a full view. Bathroom vanity space is also very limited if you have lots of stuff- but nothing to deter you from staying here!

Very nice, great location

Very clean. Nice decor. A lot of privacy spots. Good breakfast Long walks to parking lot and room. A little high on price

Images made it appear in beautiful surroundings. It was right off the road and when sitting on balcony, it was not relaxing with all the cars.

Very nice place
-
Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was served to order and very good.
-
Room small , nothing extra, view was back of somones house. They allowed a dog that was shedding fur and scratching himself and his butt into the eating area and it was not a service animal. Had to leave and go down the road to eat. Was a great town and good restuàrants.

Hotel is extremely clean and modern. The room is nice and clean and smells really good too. Will be staying there from now on.
-
It’s a very small town and restaurants close around 7 on weekdays, a small (paid) snack bar would help guests for odd hours.
-
Eating options we a bit limited and most places closed by 8:00.
