Our room was very clean & tidy. The front desk girls were very helpful, welcoming & kind. Everything was great!

Check in went smooth. Very clean room. Great breakfast selection. Ideally located close to malls and Costco.

I’m allergic to down (feather) pillows and the night front desk person told me they don’t have any foam pillows only feather. A little disappointing. Coffee was good.

Pool hours were only listed outside on a pool sign and staff gave conflicting info on when the pool opened. The pool was the only area where it seemed noticeable it was not looked after (bugs in pool, chairs all over, old towels left outside, no pool towels left).

The shower needs a door all the water spills out of the shower and onto the floor. More parking needed. Otherwise nice.

The air conditioner was SO LOUD that I did not sleep well. The controls were difficult to figure out and the default thermostat setting made the room TOO COLD. The TV didn’t work during my entire stay despite a change in the batteries of the remote.

It seemed to be pretty clean but the bed was pretty noisy and worn out. Time for some replacements.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and made for a very enjoyable visit.
