Very good

Location, staff, room size and breakfast were great AC cycles on and off. A setting to just run fan on constant would have been nice
-
Jessy was very helpful. Thank you.

The young lady at the desk was very rude and hostile! I felt she didn’t like her job. Her face was frowned and her speech sounded very rude! I expect someone who is happy to see me and welcome me to their establishment

Exceptional

Front desk staff during check in wasn’t pleasant to work with. Hot breakfast is great with enough options for a quick grab in the morning.
-
Quiet, very clean

No water pressure. Never could adjust the thermostat. Toilet must’ve leaked as it refilled very loudly every few minutes. Hair dryer didn’t work, but was replaced after two calls. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.

The only issue we had was someone was slamming the very heavy room doors in the middle of one night. I suggest that the hotel put a soft close mechanism on the doors. Just a thought.
