If it was a $65-$85 room I would give it five stars.

There is a grocery store, a mall, a Planet Fitness, a CrossFit gym, Chinese to go and a breakfast house within a few blocks. Also, a small bar/coffee house/restaurant a few doors down.

My family loves staying at the rodeo because it’s always clean and staff is always ready nice

This was a great spot to stay in a multi day trip. Road noise wasn’t terrible.

I loved the ceiling fan.

Staff were friendly. We got two rooms. Staff was able to accommodate us having them together. We were given extra towels for the pool.

Very nice and large room with kitchen amenities. Quiet area and close to Old Clovis downtown. Helpful and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Clovis.

Big room. Liked the little kitchen and bigger fridge. Nice pool. Unfortunately the bathroom sink couldn't be closed anymore and started leaking. Front desk didn't pick up the phone, finally found her but she wasn't in a hurry. Luckily my dad had shut off the water in the meantime. We couldn't use that sink anymore since there was no maintenance at this time. Luckily we had the kitchen sink.

Staff great on check in. Room huge, spotless and comfortable equipped. Bath sink not working well, and when I told the desk, the mtc staff almost out ran me back to the room to fix it! Most hotels could learn from this facility. One of my nicest hotel stays in 65 years no matter the price or location

room was clean and as described. easy parking and appeared to be a secured and safe parking lot.

The rooms are upgraded and clean. Looks like a motel on the outside but the room was very nice, just as pictured. Ours had a small kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the Backyard Social Club bar next door (which they are helping advertise for but it’s a popular locals spot)

It was a home away from home. All 5 stars were deserved.

Super clean and amazing shower. A few issues. The shower was very slippery, needs some adhesive. Kitchenette was great, but no supplies at all. No pots, pans, dishes, utensils, nothing. Who is going to pack that stuff? You need to either supply the stuff or be able to check out from front desk.

Pric and size good value. One thing only tv too small.
