Very dirty! A dirty diaper and used towels were in the room they assigned us.

Really ran down place. Smelled, dirty and bugs inside room. Staff was really helpful but they couldn't makeup for the atrocious hotel.

Property and room is very very tired. A refurb is long over due. We only stayed one night and that was enough. Price is in line with what you get.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this place! I will absolutely never stay here again! I didn't like the fact that our room was absolutely disgusting with mold behind the curtains and the door did not shut properly! The tub would not drain! The pool was unusable during our stay, and one of the ladies at the front desk was rude. The restaurant closed at 2:30 in the afternoon so therefore we were unable to eat by the time we got there!

Booked room in June, pool was closed, no free breakfast (has overpriced restaurant attached), ground floor rooms have been water damaged and smell like mildew. Front desk attendant super rude and disrespectful. Will never stay here again!

Recommendation is to find another location this should be a last choice.

Clean good staff Hotel has an amazing diner in front of their building and they give you a 15% off coupon on entire order from the diner

The adjacent restaurant was wonderful. Great food, great staff, fair prices.

Affordable and close to cruise port. Arrived early and was able to enjoy the pool. Diner in the front of building was DELICIOUS! Could use some updating. The room wasn’t very clean. The bed sheets had stains and had to ask for new ones.

The property was decent however they do not have enough staff within housekeeping so my room was not cleaned and then after I checked out I was charged $100 for damages that were unexplained and without proof. When I attempted to call and ask for documentation, I was met with hostility and rudeness. I have been staying in hotels for a long time and I’ve never had something like this happen. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option.
