I always stay at Holiday Inn Express. Some are better that others. This one looked like they had bought the hotel out from another company and renovated it. just didn’t have the “feel” of a holiday inn express. Stay was still good, breakfast good as usual. Needed your room card to get ice which was a little odd.

Cleanliness and friendly staff There was no indication on booking.com to advise that there would be a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. I was very displeased with this surprise at the desk upon arrival.
