There were old urine stains on the underside of the toilet seat. There were hairs in the tub. They charge $10 extra to park your car!!

Great place! The rate was pretty amazing and everything was very good.

Water pressure was low in the bathroom the first night. Went to the front desk about the problem and it was corrected within an hour.

Good location and breakfast was good. Bathroom door squeaky and kept waking everyone up (small issue). Beds ok but creak a lot. Would stay again.

The property and staff are great. The breakfast is good I would say, nothing spectacular but still good. My complaint or complaints are that from my visit three months ago there is still only one elevator in service and that one malfunctioned on my last night, forcing me to climb five flights. To be fair it was repaired within a few hours, however still only one elevator functioning. Secondly, this visit I'm suddenly charged a $10 parking fee per night which I didn't have to pay on my last two visits...disappointing.

The only other negative was the initiation of a $10 overnight parking fee. Totally unnecessary and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Stayed there 5 weeks agoa and had one elevator. It was tough but ok. So booked again, this time they called just after check in to advise me they had no elevators working and my room will be 3rd floor. At check-in I suggested they call OTIS or another elevator company to fix them. They still seem unconcerned they have no working elevators. Next time I will try the Resident Inn right next door to them. Rooms were nice so I don't understand why they wont fix their elevators.

Clean rooms, amazing Staff, great breakfast. My family and I always stay there when we are in town.

Hampton Inn in Coconut is a great place to stay, great rooms, clean and the breakfast offered is the best. Stayed here many times and will continue to choose this property whenever I travel to the area.

Upon Check In there was only 1 Elevator working. By the time it was Check Out - there were NO Elevator’s working. I was with my 93yr. old mother and just finished breakfast on the 1st floor. Our room was on the 5th floor. I also recently had my right kidney removed and had to walk up 5 flights of stairs and bring the luggage back down 5 flights. This was totally unexceptionable and should have called for repair when the 1st elevator stopped working. Last time for this Hotel.

The staff was pleasant, but the elevator situation made it very difficult, due to the fact other customers saying that it's a ongoing situation. I definitely will not stay at that location again, sorry, as well as I couldn't even move to another room with my knee situation, so having to go up and down from 1 to 4 wasn't easy.

When we got to the room and inspected it the tub was filthy so we moved to another room that didn’t smell the best. We ended up checking out Sunday and did stay the second night after we had made prior reservations for 2 nights

Everything was fine except our bathroom tub was filthy and had to move to another room

The hotel looks good, clean, staff is professional but the beds need to be replace, couldn't sleep well
