Phones did not work, light bulbs out in overhead lights in two places, smelled like a dog had stayed there, beds too soft, tv in LR area did not work well

Our stay was comfortable. The suite, bed, pillows, sheets and amenities were just fine. It was an enjoyable stay for us.

This property is very, very well maintained. The room was clean and ALL of the appliances worked properly. Also, this hotel has excellent ventilation, so the air doesn't have a stale odor late night and early morning. You definitely get your money's worth at this location.

The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. No designated parking at main entrance for guest checkin and the $10 per day parking fee.

The light near the bathroom didn’t work and it smelt so bad in our room. And they just started charging for parking last year and the lady was so nasty to me. I said I didn’t know. And she said well there signs all over! They could’ve told me last night that they were charging me for parking last year when I was here and the lady at the front desk was so rude. I said that I didn’t know and she said “there are signs all over!” I never want to go back which sucks because it’s so spacious. Something has happened in the past year to make the place much worse.
