My wife left her personal pillow in the hotel. When she called there a couple of days later, the staff were great in arranging shipment of the pillow to our home.

This is a pet friendly hotel which is really important. the place is old but clean. The staff were polite-- no more, no less. The view from the window with the lights in the hill at night makes up for the absence of daytime view but then it does not matter when you can just drive out of town to Yellowstone National park. There were energy bars, oatmeal packs and yogurt as well as fruit cups (unsweetened) that you can grab to take to your room for breakfast. I did not see any warm breakfast stuff but I might have missed the time for eating.

A bit overpriced but a lot of places are. Not worth 215. Breakfast area was very small and was prepackaged items.

Clean, excellent staff attentive to any issues! The breakfast was great BUT tiny breakfast room HOWEVER the outdoor tables, chairs, flowers, etc were perfect for breakfast! We felt valued here.

We had a great stay at this hotel. STaff was friendly, helpful and the location was on the main drag coming into town with a fantastic Mexican restaurant almost next door, easy walk to dinner. Great stay right outside Yellowstone.

We had to leave a day early because I had altitude sickness and had to get to lower elevation. I didn't even get to do what we went there for.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and handled our large group very well. The location was great for us to get our students into Yellowstone and still have fun options in town, as well. The hotel rooms had some issues with cleanliness/maintenance but the staff did a great job responding to and fixing the issues. Its an older hotel, so we figured there might be some small hiccups. The price was so much more affordable so we were happy with our stay.
