Reasonably priced and convenient.

Very old hotel and not in a good way. Meager service, but clean room.

Our stay was great! The building is older, but well kept. The staff was wonderful and we loved the breakfast. It's also close to shipping and restaurants.
-
The staff was very helpful, but I didn’t realize the room was gonna be downstairs instead of on the first floor and they have no elevators
-
nice property , rooms clean, outside sitting areas nice to have. not enough dinning options close but very nice stay

Paid $250/night for the top King Suite. It lacked the promised sofa bed for our kids. We called Hotels.com on Day 1 and 2, but no nearby rooms were open. We had to spend $200 at Walmart on cots/bedding just to get through the stay. The room was a severe biohazard: • Literal fecal matter on bathroom walls. • Shower walls covered in past guests' hair (long gray and short curly black hairs). • Heavy stench of damp mold, visible black mold, mildew, carpet formaldehyde, and greasy food. • Thick month-old dust, un-vacuumed carpets with food crumbs, cracked floor tiles, yellow-stained bedding, sloppy drywall patches, and pry marks on the door. No housekeeping was ever seen. • Jacuzzi blasted out thick, red gelatinous mold. • Breakfast was inedible watery eggs, boiled sausage, and stale fruit. We ate elsewhere. Management is truly malicious. The Indian manager was nice until he got our money, then became incredibly rude. The pool had zero towels. When I offered to bring a stack down for other stranded guests, he flatly told me the other guests could "fend for themselves." I asked for help 6 times and got nowhere. Was handed cleaning spray to clean up the room. Hotels.com emailed him directly, and he completely ignored them. The rest of the staff looked apologetic and embarrassed, and I was embarrassed to sleep there. They steal your money and ignore you. Stay far away from this slimy place! Escalating case with hotels.com

Very convenient! Nice staff!

Let's start with the room wasnt too bad had a strange smell to it. The front dest man on the night crew was excellent happy and helpful! The rest of the front desk staff were not. There was chunks of hair all over inside the pool in and out of the pool. Breakfast was awful they kept enough food in there for a couple people so everyone had to wait to get any sort of food. They were redoing the carpet in the rooms and that was never mentioned so you could here a constant banging. Definitely not worth the money! Will not be staying again.

This property is tired and in desperate need of an overhaul. The computer was shoved into a storage closet, printer didn't work.

I didn't stay here, because even though they allow pets they don't allow cats! Personally I think that cats cause was less harm to a room - dogs smell bad and even when they leave a room you can still smell them - anyway the clerk advised that cats were not allowed because they pee on everything and the smell is hard to get out - that the owner is adament about that - well as a person that has worked for years in the veterinary industry I can tell you that cats use litter boxes and if they pee out of it they are sick, or unuetered males may spray. I don't see why hotels don't ask for vet records and just charge a refundable deposit - I have stayed in dozens of hotels these last few months and you wouldn't even know a cat had been in the room!

Location was perfect for easy off and on the freeway

The indoor pool, I could not detect chlorine gas. Single king in basement where a whole wall was earth. Very quiet. Opened my window. Nothing, smell of new carpet but it was new carpet!
-
So you get what you pay for. The place is run down and needs lots of work but at least our rooms had newer carpet. They put us in a room away for the carpet instal in other areas. The refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it at night and AC unit was ancient. And had a burning smell if you turned on the heat. No hooks in the bathroom. But they always had coffeee at the front desk and the indoor pool was acceptable and warm. The whole place needs upgrades. But the location is great and we were at Silverwood most of the time so it was sufficient for our needs

Smelled terrible

This hotel deserves your consideration. Is it dated? Sure. Did my room have dents in the wall and scuffs in the furniture? Yes. Was the breakfast mid at best? Absolutely. But let me be clear, hotels like this serve an excellent purpose and deserve a spot in the hotel ecosystem. Was the room clean and location quiet? YES! Was the staff friendly? Double yes!! Was there a warm breakfast in the morning and hotel coffee when wanted? You know it. And it was all at an affordable price. Thanks for keeping us comfortable for a night while we stumbled back from a wedding, you served your purpose very well. N/A

Clean and friendly, helpful staff. The facilitybitself is showing its age. And the breakfast, though free, was strictly basic at best.
-
Simple, basic c and in need of maintenance. Some renovation was underway.

Room was clean. Very nice to have housekeepers come in to empty waste baskets and set out clean towels. Plenty of parking spaces.
