Room was very clean. A great place to spend a night. However, very tight quarters. Not enough room for two people to pass through at the same time. Location is excellent. Walking distance to all of downtown area.

It was very walkable to the lake, restaurants, tourists activities. I would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast offered. This was a basic room that was clean and reasonably priced. Parking was extremely tight. This ice maker was comical.

A nice place to stay when planning adventures around downtown Coeur D'alene. It is best for those that want a safe, clean place to spend the night. It is very clean, and the staff is very friendly!

Facility is a little dated. Lobby was open at inconsistent times that did not match sign on the door

For an old property the location was great for walking to restaurants and bars. The outside walk ways could use a good pressure washing, as I am sure that would help keep the room floors cleaner.

Room overall, towels and bedding were fresh. Light and fan in bathroom was dusty inside, the rubber molding on the shower front was coming loose from the wall and parking was tight.

It’s spotlessly clean, well equipped, in a perfect location and the staff are superb. In short? Price. At the end of the day it’s still just a restored 1950’s motel with little more to offer than a room, in spite of the word “ resort” in the name. While I loved it there, $300 per night was too much.

Beds were comfortable and loved that you didn't have to use a key card. Perfectly located to walk to all downtown amenities of shops, restaurants and bars. The only negative I have is the parking lot is small which made it very difficult when parking a truck.

Location was the reason for picking this facility and it was perfect being able to watch the 4th of July parade from the property along with everything being within a short walk. Old throwback style motel but very clean and well maintained.
