Quality Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport South

The coffee brew was so nasty, the tray on top microwave was full of dust , in microwave dirty. they have a table next to a chairs to watch TV that has a glass on top, you wouldn't believe me how grumpy that glass was. Tub, toilet seat, walls sink .I saw a lot of airline staff their, even pilots. I believe they must get better rooms. I will never go back, I will go across street to Radama hotel. The pictures do not tell the truth abt thus Quality inn. I slept in my street cloths for abt 3hrs then showed and got the hell out of their. That place need a over haul. I don't know why the need deposit when u get their ($50). down to carpet turn will your feet black. I was so mad I didn't even take pics. It was a very long day for us just want to get to airport after the long day me and my husband had just to get to ATL.

There was mold and moisture in the rooms 2 of them that I saw and the stuff was not helpful at all Nothing at all

Close proximity to airport The entrance/parking was very grubby, the room very dated with awful un matching furniture (218) and right next to lift. There was a table outside our room that I actually wrote dust on the thick dust. Breakfast was pretty poor quality and the coffee very watered down. Definitely wouldn't use again

Loved how clean the room was and the convenience. Did not like the smell of the elevator, made me very nauseous and the room key was not always working.

The greeting staff member was nice. My room was not that clean, shower was dirty, it was definitely over priced. Room was hot. Overall not worth the value.

Price Location, you have to airport shuttle to hotel shuttle. 2 hr ordeal

Room was not cleaned before we got there at 10pm. Toilet seat covered in pee, towels wet and a broken door handle.

Microwave and fridge A bit outdated.

The staff is very attentive and pleasant. It's a small place with joyful peace. Nothing at all.

I always love the location Only thing I didn't like was I had a ADA room other than that I love the staff and they know who I am now makes me feel really good

Nothing Rude and disrespectful

Nothing The hotel was very rundown. Nothing like the pictures online. Air conditioner in the room didnt work very well and was very noisy.

It was a hotel Most things about it. The bed had a faint smell of piss, the staff were very dismissive and unhelpful, and a completely random person was able to accidentally open our door with their key card. Thankfully we were in the room at the time. Since the door latch was closed they were unable to get into the room, but the fact that it was possible was so concerning we had to flee from here to another hotel mid-vacation.

It was right by the highway Everything else!! They are scammers!!! They told me that they were holding $50 for a deposit /incidentals, and then proceeded to charge me!! With no explanation why!!

I always love staying here. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. No bugs !! Lol

The location was convenient. Very close to the airport. The breakfast was just ok. Hot waffles, yogurt, No fresh fruit. Room was decent. Wish we could've gotten more towels and washcloths. The house keepers were really nice. Nice big screen in our room. Fridge and microwave. Very nice bathroom vanity. Some things need updating.

Was clean and comfortable When we arrived Friday at 6:30pm the receptionist gives me the room and I remember telling him I had booked a room with with two beds (for my mother and I) He hands me the room key head up and it’s one bed. Head back down and say to him again I paid for two queen size beds. He said they were overbooked and the system made that mistake. No more rooms available. I reminded him that the hotel has already taken my money and I expect to get what I paid for, I’m not asking for anything extra He went upstairs and magically a room with two queen size beds was available. Such a liar hoping I wouldn’t complain Apart from that, no interaction with staff

Location, nearer to the airport The place wasn’t of my standards. I ended up booking a Marriot hotel. I did not bother asking for a refund. I just walked out of the room and looked for a better hotel. The room smelled
