Location to airport and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast. Wouldn't even call it breakfast. And the area was a little sketchy.

Different eating places are not far. King size bed was comfortable They should state that it is continental breakfast

The price Room was damp and smelled musty. All white people were given rooms on the 3rd floor and all brown people on the second floor..even brown airline personal were given rooms on the second floor....in 2026. Breakfast was non existent. ... sometimes only 6 slices of bread laid out for a packed hotel of guest....guest had to ask for bread....1 roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for more...we were then given 1 more roll.

Very noisy and the AC in the room didn’t work well. Noise and AC

Very good

Digital check-in. Obviously the location was the biggest draw. Took us 10 minutes from leaving the hotel til we were through TSA! (5am) The grab and go breakfast wasn't open early so we couldn't take advantage of our member benefits

Conscience and staff is always great STAFF

The lication was great for where I needed to be. The room had trash in the trash can and on of the beds look like someone had slept in it just before I arrived. The bathroom wasn't supplied with enough toilet paper

Nothing

Needed it for an overnight layover and was perfect. A lot of the flight attendants use this hotel, which says something as well. Close to food options. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. Getting back to the airport took 5 minutes using the shuttle. Just remember its every 30 minutes and plan accordingly. This doesn't reflect negatively on Quality Inn - just a heads up for travelers from the airport. If you are coming from the International side of the airport, getting to the hotel may take upwards of an hour if you use the hotel shuttle, as it leaves every 30 minutes from the Domestic side of the airport... which is further away and requires another shuttle bus to get to.

Breakfast was good. Choices of food was good.

I didn't like that there was an unhoused person sleeping in the only bench available outside.

The breakfast was cold cereal and I don’t eat cereal and the fruit consist of two apples and I would’ve liked to have had a banana for the potassium to take my medicine in the morning so I had to go find a Walmart and put some in my room because I have to have a half of banana to take my medicine the room I had to clean because it wasn’t clean properly and the toilet was dirty it just wasn’t clean. I had to clean the room when I arrived so I didn’t get any services the whole time I had to ask for towels and stuff every day and then the key turns off every day so when I left out the room and went to my conference and came back. I have to ask them to redo my key every day, which if I had the room from Thursday to Monday, I feel like I should’ve had a key from Thursday to Monday. I shouldn’t be running to my room having to go to bathroom after driving to and from my conference for 25 minutes get to the door and the key don’t work and I have to go back to the front desk to have them remake me a new key every day that was an inconvenience so yeah the continental breakfast wasn’t continental no room service and had to get the key renewed every day.
