Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Atlanta Airport

We paid for the night through Expedia, after waiting an hour to check in, it was our turn and we were told they had no more rooms. I need a full refund for this as we did not even get to stay there

Do not stay here. The place is absolutely run down. Cracked tiles line the floor of the elevator. The ventilation shafts are covered in dust and what looks like mold. There were stains on the ironing board and drywall dust all over the wardrobe rack as if they patched the ceiling and didn’t bother cleaning up. The walls in the hallway were dirty and light fixtures didn’t have coverings. The smoke detector wasn’t on the ceiling and there were exposed wires where it should be. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The complimentary shower cap was just tossed on the counter and looked like plastic trash just sitting there.

It was not upto the Ramada standards set across the globe. Terrible rooms , poor functioning lifts . Never ever booking ramada in US for sure

No shuttle pickup at the airport, even though there’s a station there. We waited forever for it to come, & then when we called to find out about it, their phone number is disconnected. When we arrived they informed us they only do shuttle service TO the airport. No AC in lobby & some of the hotel rooms. No breakfast, no restaurant. Pool is empty. Everything was very worn & in disrepair. The rooms were fairly clean. Bed pillows were small & one was actually a couch pillow. There were no blankets or quilts on the bed, just sheets. The price was good, so if you know what you’re getting into, maybe you’ll be ok, We selected the hotel based on the Ramada name & the listed amenities, & were extremely disappointed. And there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to order food delivery; between that & the cab ride, it negates any savings on room price & ended up more expensive than a nicer hotel.

Run down. Torn dry wall. Exposed pipes. AC broken. Accepts reservation through Expedia but could not provide a room.

Wouldn’t let a dog stay there holes in the walls wall paper peeling off wall. Very dirty. Disgusting property

So how do I get my refund?

It wasn't what I expected from Ramada...I will leave it at that!

The price doesn’t reflect what you get.

No amenities, a very terrible place to stay if you got kids. and the rooms are surpassed. The word outdated ancient is a better word.

Average place, slightly dangerous neighbourhood

I typically stay here whenever I’m in Atlanta because it’s really convenient but this property really needs some upgrades. Only one elevator was work. Pool was closed. Never got room cleaned and when I asked for a wash cloth I was given a towel.

We had a reservation already paid. We arrived about 3AM just to get a nap and catch a plane in 8hours. Night staff advised my reservation was cancelled due to my late arrival. Nowhere did I see where I had a cut off to arrive at a specific time. He did not offer any help at all untill I asked specifically did he have a room. He did rent me two more rooms for almost $40 more per room than my reservation had been for and insisted on collecting a $100 deposit on each room. He was very slow in his work also. While checking in I observed a large roach running across the floor of the lobby. Room one had one working light bulb in room, bath door knob was broke and hair dryer tried to catch fire when used.Room two had ice container with melted ice, no sheets or pillow cases on bed and no liner in trash can. No towels or rags in bath and door knob broke also.All this led me to conclude this room had never even been cleaned. I observed broken tiles in lobby. Day manager did reverse room charges and just charge reservation charge and was very apologetic for nite employees behavior. I did appreciate this from day staff but property is still in very poor condition. Our airport shuttle driver was awesome but I was disappointed to find out that when I fly back from my destination the shuttle will not pick me up and bring my back to my car at the hotel since I had paid to park my car at the hotel while I was gone and it, at the time, showed they offered shuttle services both ways.
