Clean room.

The only problem was that they didn't clean the room or make the beds properly. Everything else was good.

Staff were so friendly. They made up for the dated room and minimally functional workout room equipment. If you like a typical Southern breakfast, you’ll be pleased. I wanted healthier options and those were minimal. Additions recommended: peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, cold water, tea bags, variety of fruit, or plain oatmeal with nuts, cinnamon, unsweetened dried fruit. Location is great for TAMU.

Cockroach in the bathroom. Checked out a day early and they wouldn’t credit it me back for my stay

The room was clean enough and the staff was super helpful. The hallways and around the elevator needs cleaning pretty badly and the beds are showing signs of age. Decent for the money but I will stay somewhere else next time.

The air conditioning was not working well very humid in room and beds were very hard.

Property was understaffed, though the workers that were there were helpful. Most of the time nobody at front counter, even during check-out time. No coffee in rooms. Explanation was that they were in the process of changing vendors. Ran out of coffee for guests during continental breakfast. No water provided with breakfast. Pool water was green and did not look clean.

The room was clean and ready when we drove up. Free breakfast was small but the coffee was great. Check in and out via text was the best!

1. Vending machine had incorrect prices and were very expensive. 2. Not enough wash clothes for two people 3. No water or coffee/tea in the lobby like they used to have. Texas is HOT in the summer and it was nice to be able to grab a cup of ice water on your way in. It was nice to be able to get a cup of hot tea in the winter. 4. No yogurt. Those are amenities that I miss. We have been coming to this hotel for two years quite regularly and I do not like the changes.

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in College Station for 7 on 7 State Football Championship. This location was very close to the Veterans Park. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but instead of two queen beds it was one queen and one double bed but they were comfortable. A/C and internet worked well. The sink didn’t drain well but wasn’t bothersome enough to complain about. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. Overall a good place to stay.
