Nice Stay Overall Nothing Bad To Say But I Will Say This Bring Your Own Blanket

good clean facility, close to TAMU

1. Vending machine had incorrect prices and were very expensive. 2. Not enough wash clothes for two people 3. No water or coffee/tea in the lobby like they used to have. Texas is HOT in the summer and it was nice to be able to grab a cup of ice water on your way in. It was nice to be able to get a cup of hot tea in the winter. 4. No yogurt. Those are amenities that I miss. We have been coming to this hotel for two years quite regularly and I do not like the changes.

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in College Station for 7 on 7 State Football Championship. This location was very close to the Veterans Park. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but instead of two queen beds it was one queen and one double bed but they were comfortable. A/C and internet worked well. The sink didn’t drain well but wasn’t bothersome enough to complain about. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. Overall a good place to stay.

I was great no problems except you only have one microwave to warm food and may have to wait. Also the elevators were down the morning of my departure and I had to carry all my belongings and luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Staff was asked what happened to elevators he said he don't know it's been called in.😑

due to an emergency - I needed to cancel my reservation. Called hotel many times and "front desk" said "please hold" and put me on hold. After 2 attempts and waiting for 10 minutes each time, I waited and tried the "phone prompts" getting "no one is available to answer your call - and automatically disconnected. this was during 5 pm to 7 pm and was totally unacceptable. Happened 4+ times

The staff was AMAZING! Very friendly, helpful with any questions we had and always welcoming when we left for the day and when we came back at the end of the day.

Clean, friendly staff. For the price, about as good as it gets. Suites are extremely spacious. Great hotel.

We arrived late to the hotel to check in and was assigned a room. The gentleman that checked usbin wrote down the wrong room number. We went to the room number written on the card folder to find that our key card did not work and someone was already checked in to that room. Thankfully that person did not answer the door before we gave up and returned to the front desk. He gave us the wrong room number. Perhaps if the gentleman at the front desk was not fidgeting constantly he could have ficused on what hebwas doing??
