Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, College Station, TX

Had a good quick stay not complaints.

There was trash (spilled coffee cup w/stain and plastic spoons) in the stairwell for the entire four day stay. There appeared to be vomit on the rooftop right below a second story window which was right above the front entrance/lobby. That too stayed there for days. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable.

Jacuzzi was nice to have and the cleanliness of the room

All just ok. Needs renovation to properly. Needed a hair dryer that gets hot. Nice front desk

Good price. We did have a hiccup with the original room, but the lady on staff went above and beyond to make sure we were set. We also extended our stay another night and was able to stay in same room thanks to the same lady. Very happy it worked out.

I wish I could remember the woman's name who checked us in because she was so kind and patient. Our room was clean and quiet. No complaints about this hotel.

Wry nice check in staff, but the property is rundown and dirty. There is no AC in the fitness room. The breakfast is not good and very small amount of food to choose from. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the floors. The towels were also gross. Would not stay again.

Horrible experience. Never got a room was never offered my room that I paid for now. I'm going through trying to get my money back from expedia, because the hotel did not provide me with a room now.I lost out on money because of a hotel.Can't keep their promise with reservations and take people's money

Very good

Breakfast was great. Staff was super sweet. When I entered my room the window was open. I noticed condensation on mini fridge and in the bathroom had I not noticed the window may have stayed open. Found a hair on toilet and in the bed. See above

Mrs Linda at the front desk was wonderful! Her customer service was top notch! The location was great, lots of restaurants and stores close by. The room I booked online was unavailable (double beds). I was told it was out of order. So I was given a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. There were no rooms available with double beds. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable, but we made it work since we were only staying for 1 night. After getting in bed, I happen to look up at the ceiling and there was a roach crawling on the ceiling.

It's a nice stay. I just didn't like the strong smell of the cleaning material used.

Clean overall. Rooms smelled like wet clothes had been left on the floor. There were ants on the desk.

Beautiful place with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Staff were very nice and professional. Would stay again.

Location and price Need more staff

Exceptional

Staff was very nice. Property is old and dated. This hotel is in need of a complete renovation to compete with other hotels in CSB. The a/c was also very loud. I booked because of the low price for student orientation, but I will not be staying here again.
