Rude staff and management is worst
-
Thanks for letting us stay
-
Adorable clean well maintained
-
Barely basic amenities, mostly clean room, what is expected of a Motel 6.
-
Nice and clean
-
Room was clean, staff was cooperative and quick in service. Restaurant is nearby.
-
Easy to find. Easy access to my destination home. The A/C did not work very well.
-
The excessive price for a room that I could not sleep in. I checked out before 11 PM and got out of thete.
-
Was a very good place but the cleaning was poor I think a list need to be mopped
-
The toilet had hair on it and the tub was dirty looked like urine and the ac wasn’t cooling down. We called front desk and a gentleman couldn’t understand why were calling and then we needed extra towels and they had none left. Terrible service all around
-
The room had a smell and the pillows were flat
-
The entire room had this strong overwhelming mildew smell, the AC would randomly stop cooling and blow hot air, the floor was dirty, the pillows were overstuffed and very firm and uncomfortable, you could hear the neighbors banging around. Called staff about AC and pillow and they were not helpful. I will never go to a Motel 6 ever again.

For a one night stay, it was a bed to lay our heads. The property is NOT maintained, we had many laminate pieces coming up off the floor. They knew we had 4 people staying in our room and only left 3 towels. Definitely not worth the $200 a night charged just because it was a special event weekend.

After speaking with management, we were basically told to “do whatever you want.” There was no apology and no effort to resolve the situation. The conditions were bad enough that we decided not to stay. We left the hotel and paid for another room elsewhere. Even though we did not stay because of the infestation concerns, Motel 6 refused to issue a refund. The room conditions and customer service were both unacceptable. I have photos documenting the issue.

It was ok for the price, I suppose. The room smelled pretty bad and the floor was dirty. The door had a very large gap (not the bottom—on the side the door closes), even when latched and locked that allowed in flies, mosquitos, very annoying gnats, and even big enough for a cricket. Plus no privacy as I could hear everybody outside, which means my conversations were not private either. So, I did have the management spray some bug spray in the gap to help repel the bugs but it really needs to be fixed. And housekeeping needs to mop a bit better. Otherwise, it was ok

The floorboards were coming up and were a significant tripping hazard. No extra linen in bathroom. No electric outlets on desk area. One USB port broken at the back board of the nightstand. The room had one outlet on each of the backboards above the nightstand and one in the bathroom. No other outlets! Of course, the room was not particularly clean. The picture of the place online was not representative of the actual building which was very old and whereas the picture appeared to be a building more in line with current building standards. I knew when we drove up that I would not have made the reservation except for that picture which was misleading. No breakfast. Don't come here unless you are desperate and actually there were no rooms available anywhere else in this college town area when this reservation was made!

Itchy in bed. Bug in bath tub. :/
-
Air condition great, so was the room.
-
Room was the size of a closet, it smelled terrible and the toilet was dirty- it ended up being 225 a night which is insane. Would not stay there again
-
The room was too small. There was no walking room between the beds. The cleaning staff was very good and friendly.
