Aggietown is great from this vantage point. Cool bar scene with plenty of college sports to attend.

Breakfast is delicious from a menu, it’s not complimentary but it’s reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and convenient. Very comfortable beds and pillows

The location was great, close to dining, shopping, and campus. The night we arrived and walked in our room, it smelled like urine. I should have requested a room change then. Next morning. Went to shower and there is only two options, SCALDING HOT and great pressure, or tolerable and no water pressure. Then I discovered the source of the odor. The bathroom door is a darn door style. The track, the edge of the door, the sprinkler about of the door, all covered in mold. No matter how low I got the air, the room was humid and the bed felt damp. Should have left, but it was a short trip so vowed to never stay there again. The hotel as a whole just appeared dirty because of maintenance repairs that were done half way. Paint slung on the floors and carpet, never cleaned up. Wires hanging down because they were properly tacked to the ceiling.

Close to our event. Clean rooms and nice hotel. Didn’t love the ac in the room. Keeps the room cool, just kind of loud.

Great hotel for our stay! We were in town for the NSC.

We had issues with our shower pressure and they took care of it right away.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. However, I believe some team members could benefit from additional training to provide a more consistent guest experience. Breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. Although guests are given a menu with five options, those options must be paid for separately. Guests whose stay includes breakfast are only offered one breakfast option, which is basically eggs and nothing but eggs. There are no alternatives such as fruit, waffles, bread, cereal, or yogurt, which are commonly available at most hotels. On a positive note, I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by the bartender. The young man who attended us while we watched the basketball game was very attentive and friendly. We had to watch the game in the bar because the channel was blocked in our room. My main concern was with the billing process. I made my reservation through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again upon arrival. I am currently waiting for a refund and sincerely hope it is processed. Otherwise, I would have ended up paying approximately $530 for a room that originally cost around $260. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly the friendli

We were here for the baseball regionals, so great hotel to hang out in between games. Excellent staff, great facilities, and nice modern decor.

Hotel is essentially at 2005 hotel with a fresh coat of paint. Photos were deceptive. First room had a shower with zero water pressure, less than most/all water fountains. Second room TV didn’t work. Third room was fine. Breakfast was offered for $16, no thanks. I would stay elsewhere next time.

Breakfast should have been complimentary with the price.
