The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was with my family for the new orientation conference at A&M. The only thing I had an issue was the beds were a little high and I had a hard time getting on them. So just keep it in mind if you are short or have younger kids,

AC was inconsistent, felt much warmer than what the temperature was reading. The keys were deactivated around 10:30a even though checkout was at 11a. The water in the shower took about 5-10minutes to warm up

The view from the window was a cement wall and A/C compressor. The room was small.

Need a microwave in rooms

The room we were assigned was terrible. The ceiling was just concrete that had caulk coming out of it. It had mismatched paint and holes in the wall from old fixtures. The bunk bed was very unstable. The lounge chair in there had a leg that was bent and if we set on it im sure would have broken. There were scratches on the floor. They also inly had one cart to help bring up luggage for the whole hotel. Getting a refund for the first day was a nightmare because they never had a Manager available to approve it. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Just beware if booking here you dont know what type of room you'll get.

It was a great place to stay. Very close to campus and places to eat or shop for anything you may need or want. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, smells great and is furnished really cool. Don’t go down last minute for breakfast as it is not buffet. You need to sit down and order so give yourself a little extra time.

It was very nice very clean super nice staff. Would stay again would recommend 10/10!! Beds are very comfy! Really close to A&M
