Comfort Suites Texas Ave.

the room smelled like mildew and the bathroom tub was needing to be replaced since there was rust spots all over.

We couldn’t get the TV to connect, electrical outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and breakfast ended too early.

Unsafe, men lottering in parking lot, lobby and hallways, room was dirty, tv broken, smoke detector hanging by a wire, bathtub/shower know rusted in one position, floor dirty and refused to refund for unused nights.

I would stay again because location is great.

They have a roach problem. I told the front desk at checkout Bugs

great staff and the location/access was perfect. a good value as well. The pool was a little dirty and needed cleaning

ROACHES. When I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and switched on the light, at least six roaches scurried around the floor

The stay was nice and quiet. Breakfast selection included eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles as wells as a few other selections. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.

I have a delay fly I can't call the hotels right away, and when I arrive to the hotel, they say I lost my reservation because I don't have insurance, and the only way is may a new reservation and pay again

Nice comfy beds, was given clean towels and trash was taken out everyday without having to ask, staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Trash overflowing in the front of the lobby upon entrance. Rooms badly in need of repair. The exhaust fan was hanging down from the ceiling. The closet rod was broken and hangers all over the closet floor. Hot water for shower was tricky to get it to flow. Overall I would not stay here again for the price I paid.

Beds were comfortable, Our family enjoyed the breakfast! It was fresh and kept well stocked. Price was way too high for a gross bathroom and stained carpet. Otherwise, our stay would have received 5 stars.

Exceptional

The way the room was set up and the bed was comfy Was very very disappointed I rented a room for 3 days to relax enjoy the pool and hot tub and to study and when I got there the pool was broke and the hot tub as well very very disappointed main reason to book and stuck in the room the entire time. Management never called me back and I couldn’t change hotels no refunds I rented a room with the kitchen and had to go to the store and buy all cookwear needed not one spoon fork spatula pan pot nor plate or cup or anything was offered in room ran me super hot. Why offer a full kitchen if I have nothing to cook with nor on. Staff nice but not nice enough to go back and get screwed

There was roaches in my room like big ones little baby’s ones , I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve never seen them before but this time it was a lot of them. I knew I couldn’t get my money back so we just dealt with it.

The location. The roaches . The blanket that was ripped. The pool not working and the hot tub all was gross in the middle of summer.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful!
