The location, breakfast, my jacuzzi in my room, the size of the room. My room had a few roaches on the bathroom, the tv’s are small 32 inch standard cable tv. No internet or smart tv to connect. I was on the first floor and the people above where running and playing I told the front office but apparently the tenants didn’t care cause they didn’t quite down.

Spacious rooms, plenty of space for five. We had no shampoo the first day and only three towels for five people. There were no linens for the pull out couch. Had to ask for shampoo, towels and bedding for the couch, but the staff supplied them right away.

Was a good stay but could have been a torch better.

Nothing Pool was dirty .. hot tub just disgusting . No chairs at pool no shade at a pool. Rooms smelled like cigarettes.

The room was large. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was great! The hotel was amazing for our stay.

easy to work with, needed a first floor room and they quickly made that happen. breakfast was great as was the staff who prepared it, she is an excellent employee. the desk people were also very quick to help and answer all questions. sofa bed a touch hard, did see a cockroach before leaving and didn't have time to let the desk know...room 103

The hotel itself seemed nice at first. But once we settled into the room, the bugs came out. I killed so many bugs for just an overnight stay. My kids and girlfriend were stressed out all night due to the bugs. We're not likely to go back.

They tried to cancel my mobility room that day. The room was dark and dreary. The staff was beyond rude and lazy, every one of them.

The room was very outdated. The bathroom just seemed old, and needed a refresh.

Hotel tried to charge me for my prepaid room. Had to call customer service to have them explain my room was already paid for. Never staying with this hotel again.

The room exceeded my expectations. The sitting area in the room was a wonderful surprise. Perfect for entertaining extra family for the evening. The bathroom was great, with great shower pressure. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. Spoke with the Manager, Holly, and she was delightful. Great location for folks visiting Texas A&M
