Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Beds were squeaky but reasonably comfortable. Dining area had ceiling dripping water

Ac in the halls felt like there was none, and it’s closed in carpet sooo image , not really children friendly bed is super high off the floor, and photo give off a different look then in person. Towels never really had any. but the Staff Amazing and friendly

Clean room and helpful staff

Fantastic room. Separated bedroom with a door from the berm and the living area into the bathroom. All around awesome except their luggage carriers. Tiny with nothing to hang clothes on.

The hotel is really pretty walking in as first impression. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hallways were super hot and the room also was upon entry ac set at 75 and took almost into the second day to cool off to 70 degrees so the first night was warmer than I would have liked and didnt sleep with any covers. The walls seem super thin and could hear every one walking down hallway and across hall. Pool was closed for maintance the first day and we didnt have time to use it the rest of our stay. They ran out of towels our last night when I requested fresh towels and gave me bathmats to dry with, thumbs down for that issue. The breakfast was ok each day waffles, eggs , potatoes and sausage also biscuts and gravy a small assortment of mini muffins and bagels to toast but coffee was definitely lacking in taste and minimal creamer options was disappointing. Over all the stay was good would stay again.

Location Room doors are spring loaded and slam very loudly. Some felt cushions on the door frame would make a big difference.

Room was a little warm

Staff, rooms dirty, furniture dirty overall need management help.

I do have a few recommendations that could make future guests’ stays even better. The shower could benefit from a longer shower curtain, as a significant amount of water escaped onto the bathroom floor, creating a potential slip hazard. It would also be helpful to have an iron and ironing board available in the room, especially for guests traveling several hours who may need to freshen their clothing. Additionally, having extra sheets for the sofa bed already stored in the room would be more convenient, and adding a few more trash cans would also be appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would certainly consider staying here again.
