This is the best hotel for the price around college station. Friendly staff, well managed and you can tell they care. Very big and clean rooms. With comfortable beds. I enjoyed the breakfast because they actually had croissant breakfast sandwiches, Sausage biscuits and waffles, plus many other options. For what you get this is the place for you if your in the area. Great staff. Very accommodating. No issues. Thank you.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast was a basic continental one and was fine.

Location Where do I start 1st did not get suite i pre paid for 2nd they gave me key that did not work 3rd the gave me a key that did work only to open door and someone was in room already 4then switched me from paid suite to another lesser room and no price refund 5 room had peeling pain around window sill 6 ask for daily housekeeping only to have them drop off towels and straighten bed no fresh sheets... No more Microtel college station

Everyone from front desk staff, housekeeping, dining staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. Bailey was exceptional with her friendliness and caring attitude. She quickly handled our broken TV in the room. They ensured the cleanliness of the common areas like the lobby, elevators, lounge/dining area and were always cleaning. The location is great with grocery stores, Walmart, Costco and restaurants close by. I felt safe in the area and liked that they close doors by 1000.

We arrived after midnight with a flat tire. The night desk person was SO helpful and found a few options to help fix the tire. It was a very convenient location to Kyle Field

Great help from Lobby staff

Since it was game day they were booked so I couldn't be moved to another room. I was put in a room that did not match my booking request. The remote to the TV didn't work and I had to get a new one from staff which I had to program (which I was ok with). The staff was nice, but it's definitely the worst stay and room I've booked when visiting College Station. Will definitely pass when I go back.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and sufficient for our one night stay.
