La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station South

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was just what I needed. The location was very easy to get to without crazy traffic.

The staff were professional and friendly. We stayed for a couple of days and they always spoke to us and were nice. The fruit in the breakfast bar was low quality and probably needs to be searched out more often.

Yes a 78 year old handicap man was forced out! I was told there was a sign in lobby and on the bathroom mirror. But no one with La Quinta could find or point to the policy sign. They said all Windom hotel only clean room every three (3) days. Again I was never told this. Do not know if I will get a refund and I did buy the insurance from hotels.com. Suggest not booking this hotel if possible.

Staff was great Not clean and in much need of repairs

Wonderful staff..they were patient and attentive and friendly. They took care of all our requests, we highly recommend this location.

The bathroom had repairs done to the wall and were a different color than the rest of the room. The rug in front of the A/C had a large water stain on it. The corners of the room had cobwebs and one had a spider in the web. The curtain on the right side was ripped. The A/C vent in the bathroom was dirty, and the paint was peeling.

Room was very clean and had a great shower!

We had a family emergency and stayed there this last weekend. The room was clean. some of the furniture and the curtains were old, but they didn’t affect my stay at all. The staff was very nice and very friendly. We had a problem with the TV in our room because it was very dark and they moved us to another room and without any kind of problem.

Venus was amazing at checkin!

AC in first room was struggling. Second room reeked like mildew. The entire floor reeked like mildew. We checked out.

The shower was not clean when we arrived. If you would like your room cleaned daily you’ll need to let the front desk know. The pool was very clean. It was overall a good stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean and beds comfy. But the lack of hot water in the shower was a disappointment. They said maintenance was not available this weekend. Not a good plan with a totally booked hotel. The carpet in the hall and lobby are old and stained. The lobby area is a great gathering place. They just need to get rid of the carpet. There’s a smoking section outside but there should be a bench. We bought a $10 sack chair for my husband to use. Location is great. Breakfast was ok. I prefer half and half instead of cremora.

The breakfast was nice. The desk staff was nice and friendly. Not my cup of tea but everyone has different tastes.
