Sleep Inn & Suites College Station near University

The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is that the internet/wifi was terrible!!!

Horrific! Mold on the ceiling in the shower about 2’x3’, paint coming off wall from water behind paint, with indicators of mold, water wouldn’t drain in sink, shower light fixture was rusted all over, ac unit would never come on nor work, and no control for the TV.

Room smells bad, the door lock did it not work, breakfast was really basic , we stayed 3 nights and we were tired of echa and Sausage every morning.

Cleanliness stained carpet and pillow sizes were tiny

The hotel doesn’t provide water bottles of drinking water. Most hotels do.

AC unit

The hotel is an average Sleep Inn. Clean, convenient to the University and comfortable. The front desk staff, however, made the stay 5 star. Kathy at the front desk in particular was very helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to help us. I’d stay here again.

Little away from college town, very pleasant location. Great staff and clean rooms

This is a nice, well-mainrained, inexpensive hitel in College Station, about 3 miles from campus. We slept well, and the hotel gas links to a sleep app I used. The pool was cleannand well-maintained. Breakfast was okay, but the Stella is an easy across the street, and its breakfast was superb. Great buy for a quick trip.

The breakfast was basic carbohydrates with no protein offerings. The grandkids were satisfied with the meal. Getting from the freeway offramp to the hotel driveway was tricky. We had to cross two lanes immediately after exiting to enter the driveway.

My unit was infested with ants. There was no courtesy assistance.

TV channels were not available for several basic networks.

The room was clean and spacious. Friendly employees. Clean outside the property as well.

We complained and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Wonderful staff, decent pricing, and great location. You can tell the hotel needs some upgrades here and there, and I was a little concerned when I smelled kind of a musty smell coming off the elevator.. but I was relieved to find the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, coffee was great, overall a wonderful stay!

All good, just a little maintenance needed, handles still coming off, main door unaligned had to kind of lift it to close it

Hotel is convenient to local hospital and fast food. Staff was excellent. Room was clean but could use a little maintenance, nothing to interfere with use or cleanliness. Air conditioning was excellent.

The hotel was understaffed. The room a/c wasn't working. I asked to change rooms; the desk clerk said she had to check. I could not stay in a hot room. The new room did have only 2 towels. It was a rough two days.

The room had stains on the wall from the AC unit dripping down it, there was tape over broken glass on a frame, the TV wall mount was stapled on, the shower curtain rod fell off and I had to fix it. Nothing was done to help fix or compensate us.

AC was very loud and leaked, carpet was soaking wet when we got there, only one towel was provided
