The first room was okay but the door locking mechanism was not working. The following day the moved us to the room next door and there was mold in the restroom and in the closet. My family and I did not stay the 2nd night. We decided to take the 3 hour drive back home. The staff was friendly and helpful when they moved us rooms but the mold in the room was the reason we opted to leave.

I only liked the location of the hotel in reference to where I needed to be. Upon entering my first room, I saw stains on the walls. And when I entered the bathroom, there was a cockroach. I immediately asked for a new room, which I got. The new room had broken handles, cabinetry, and flooring in the bathroom. The sofa chair and lampshade were stained. And the microwave was dirty. There wasn’t that many options in the continental breakfast either.

Great!

Front desk was absolutely amazing we got in late after games

Breakfast was 7 out of 10, I had recently stayed at a sleep inn the prior weekend in Bullard Tx their breakfast was a 9 out 10 because they had more variety. Smelled a little old, rooms had some typical wear and tear things such as aC unit little noisy and door handles hard to shut.

Breakfast options The powdered eggs and uncooked potatoes

Great room, very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. WiFi ok. Breakfast was good Hot foods and cold options too. Very comfortable place to stay.

We stayed here during World Cup weekend so I get that there was not a lot of availability in the hotel. However, the mini split in our room (which is the only source of cooling) was obviously broken and when I first brought it up one of the staff said to just flip the breaker to fix it. When I called at 9pm and said that wouldn’t work because it doesn’t stay on very long

Cleaning Everything was perfect

Great staff, very helpful and kind. The hotel and the rooms smell weird.... dirty and sweaty. Bed was comfy, TV was minimally damaged, iron and blow dryer in room! Overall, not terrible. Nice breakfast area, clean and bright. I'd stay here again.

Room was in bad shape. Beat up walls and furniture. Broken tiles. Breakfast was mediocre.
-
Help and they couldn’t help us fix it the flooring in the bathroom moved badly and all tiles were coming up
-
Friendly Staff and the rooms were clean. Although the rooms lacked severe lighting, there were very few, making them feel very dark inside, even with the lights turned on

Breakfast was good staff was nice and the price is awesome great place to stay will return!

Loved absolutely everything about the property. Everything from parking to check-in very easy very simple super quiet honestly no downsides no issues would definitely be going back there. Maybe you’re not doing a graduation prices were insanely high. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the prices at the time typically they are damn near 30% cheaper, but it was during a graduation at A&M so pretty reasonable but $480 for two nights that seems a little ridiculous

The breakfast buffet provided a good choice of food. The desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable.

Aircon made a grinding noise. Only other room available aircon didn’t work at all. Tv didn’t work properly. Remote was broken and loosely taped together. Light out in bathroom. Entire facility was dingy/dirty. Manager was supposed to contact me with a price adjustment. Two days later that hasn’t happened.
