Roaches in room, smelled of smoke as soon as you walked in the door.

I have contacted Expedia regarding the condition of the room. There were roaches in the bathroom and in the living area. There were no amenities provided. No soap, No ice. No coffee. The rooms are large, but that was because it was a Motel 6 property at one time. The booking at this property was due to having stayed there when it was a Motel 6 and the property was well-maintained. The front desk employee did what she could regarding concerns, but was limited in what she could do

Had a great stay, very spacious room. Upon checking in Ruby was very friendly, has a great sense of humour and did her best to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Room and beds were clean.

When I arrived, the clerk told me that the only room that was available did not have a working air conditioner. She apologized, and said to have Hotels.com send a message requesting a refund, and she said she'd approve it.
