Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East -Medical Center Area

We only stayed a few nights, close to grocery store

The hotel was immaculate, staff were very helpful and there was plenty of parking. The only thing that I had a slight problem with that annoyed me a little was a housekeeper going down the hall tapping on doors to remind people it was near check out time. We are all adults and not my first and will not be the last time I stay at a hotel. I am aware of checkout time.

Clean room

Excellent stay. Front staff very welcoming and accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable.

It's our go to hotel when we left and came back. Breakfast is always good and the place runs great except for Friday when Mr Michis off.

It was very clean and comfortable.

Very clean property. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful through my stay. The breakfast had good variety

The hotel was very nice. The staff was wonderful. It was within walking distance to many restaurants grocery store and anything you might need while traveling. Will stay again

We had a HVAC problem that they got corrected promptly. The room was excellent. Overall, one of the best stays I've ever had.

The room was roomy they accepted our two boys(dogs) with no issues. Beautiful area. Went to a concert and wasn't far from our location. Coffee was great! Staff happy to do everything to make our stay exceptional!! We will stay here for every concert we go see in Colorado springs Colorado!!!

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast server. Really good spread for a continental breakfast, too.

Lovely hotel, great stay. Only issue I had was with the TV and the guide not matching up.

Big room for family

The last time we stayed here-a couple years ago, we had no complaints. However, this time I have a few!! At check-in we were told that we would only get housekeeping on the 4th day of our stay. (We stayed 5 nights.) I was very surprised and questioned the lady checking us in. Asking why only the 4th day of our stay and that there is NO mention of this in the description of the property because had I seen it, we would have chose another hotel. She said we could bring our towels down and get extra/new towels if we needed clean ones but housekeeping would only come the 4th day! We were stuck. So a couple times we asked for more towels especially the floor towels to cover in front of the shower and in front of the sink. Waiting for the 4th day, our garbages were overflowing and we needed our bathroom cleaned. So that morning we left and stayed out all day to ensure the room would be cleaned. Got back in the evening only to be met with...overflowing garbage, towels on the floor that we expected to be replaced and an unmade bed. I went down to the unmanned front desk and waited for the male attendant to return from smoking/vaping outside. I asked him about why our room was NOT made up as it was the 4th day!! Crickets! I told him we had overflowing garbages, and had been waiting for this day. He then said, "you could have had housekeeping any day had you asked before 9am!! I told him we were NEVER told this! Get your act together Comfort Inn! We will be staying elsewhere next year.
