Our room, bath, lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.

Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Pool is tiny, and the hot tub was not working and not in any kind of clean condition which sucks and we were not notified ahead of time. Fitness room TINY. Coffee was out at 6:30AM, so not helpful when that is the first thing you come down for in the morning, but staff did quickly fix the issue. Lots of choices for breakfast.

This was a typical, i.e., excellent, Fairfield Inn. The room was comfortable and clean and well appointed. The breakfast was good. Great view of the mountains.
-
Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!

This was a solid hotel choice. It was convenient for what we needed and what we were doing with the weekend. However, the hot tub was out of service and we were looking forward to that. In addition, the fan in our bathroom was broken. The air conditioner unit was very loud when it turned on and disrupted us as light sleepers. Not everyone would find the A/C unit noise a problem, but I wake up to the sound of a pin dropping personally. The continental breakfast was typical and average. We opted to go elsewhere. All in all it was a good hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff.

Bad customer service

The desk person worked hard to get rooms at 3 pm check in for several guests including me. Apparently a lot of noon check outs caused delays and scrambling around. I can't say for positive of course but my guess was short staffing?
-
Location The price and the breakfast was the worst I've had in any of the hotels in Colorado Springs I've stayed.
-
Proximity to activities in and around Colorado Springs. Lack of chargers in room.
-
Room was clean , mattress can be a little more firm, otherwise great room and breakfrast.
-
The room was very comfortable and clean. The water in the shower was skewed and the pressure was not as strong as it could have been.
-
When in the breakfast room we had to wait for food, coffee, plates, flatware. The front desk person seemed to have to do that in addition to desk duties. Again - very little staff. The room was clean but we were advised we would get no room service unless we stayed more than 3 nights. E could ask for more towels at the front desk. Again, a sign if nit enough staff. It just didn’t seem up to Marriott standards.

This time was actually my second stay at this property and I totally enjoyed both. Melissa at the front desk is great to talk to about local things, very helpful and smiling face.
