My Place Hotel - Colorado Springs, CO

It is a nice location except while we were there, the road construction made it hard to get in and out.

I loved having a full sized fridge with its own ice maker.

Awesome hotel I would definitely stay there again!! Great customer service and friendly staff!! Also was quiet the 3 days I was there during the 4th of july

Friendly staff & enjoy using the kitchen area included with the room stay.

As we request to cancel due to the wildfire that is posted 30 minutes out. The smoke air itself is in a hazard. I wasn’t gonna put my family and small kids at risk, she show no compassion and was just interested in making a dollar. The previous agent quit at night and she failed to inform the manager and which the manager stated herself she wasn’t info but did acknowledge the wildfire that has been burning for 3 days almost 86,000 acres and 000 containment. Pubelo, CO order been under evicate and it’s 30 miles aways Colorado Springs, CO. So disappointed with this management Tanya .

No cutlery or plates in room so you will need to bring your own supplies of planning to eat in Room was quiet and we were able to obtain a complimentary late checkout as my place members

Arrived at 5:30pm rooms were still being cleaned so could not check in. Front desk lady was rude/

Lots of road construction which made it a little tricky to get in and out of.

Only stayed one night, did not use amenities.

Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful

My only complaint was the lack of adequate counter space in the bathroom. I was there alone and felt cramped for space. Two people would have had to juggle sharing space vs keeping stiff in your luggage.

Excellent brand new property, the pillows are terrible they're hard and huge and uncomfortable.

Clean and nice staff. The towels were super small, no decaf coffee set out. Phone in room didn’t work. Toilet paper was cheap and like sandpaper

The hotel was amazing - the staff TOP NOTCH they were the nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with - LOVE THEM

I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.
