Beautiful property, great staff and amenities. Location was perfect for all things Colorado Springs.

Pool area too small, resulting in no availability for using when there are 10 + people in the area. Staff at coffee shop were lacking customer service skills. I was only guest waiting but said they would be with me shortly, while both ladies stocked. When a crowd showed up, they took my order. However, forgot my order while providing breakfast items to the other guests who came after me. When I asked if my oatmeal was ready, they said sorry, spaced it. Lastly, on site sit down restaurant wasn't good. Ordered the haddock and the trout, for $30+ each and it came with just the fish. No side items, no salad.

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Abundance of things to do and restaurants/food options on property, particularly enjoyable with family. Felt like a resort.

Great property with several restaurants and amenities. Would highly recommend if visiting a show at Ford Amphitheater or AFA.

Hotel Polaris is very well situated to everything in the Colorado Springs area, not just Air Force related. We used it as a base for activities from Denver to Colorado Springs. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff were equally friendly and accommodating. We’ll stay here whenever we visit this area. It met all our needs plus. Great facility.

Outdoor amenities available were great.

This is a new hotel in the area. We were in for business from California. We didn’t want to stay in the new retail areas and wanted to kind of be away from the hustle and bustle. Besides most of the hotels in those areas didn’t have the amenities that the Polaris offered. There are three restaurants in the hotel and all three have a diverse menu. The food in each restaurant is very good. The housekeeping staff is very professional and attentive to your needs. We had a very good stay for the seven days we were there. If you are associated with the AFA it’s right across the atreet

Outdoor pool Bar Family friendly

Everything about this hotel was first class. It looked brand new; the staff were all friendly and helpful; the pool was great and there were outdoor games for kids and adults; and there were about six places in the building where you can get food. Oh, and you can try flying an F-16 in their flight simulator!

Everything Air Force, every thing top notch. Broadmoor Hotel quality modernized. Will stay again.

The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, Tuna nachos and sushi amazing and the atmosphere was second to none. The conversations, hospitality, and genuine care from the staff completely turned our experience around and made our stay memorable. It’s employees like Perla, Ken, Deon, and the entire Aviator Bar team who make guests want to come back. Thank you all for reminding us what true hospitality looks like! Also thank you to Brittany for her hospitality. Was a great Anniversary trip… God is great and trust in him!

Clean, but pool was a little small. Had lots of yard games which was a nice touch
