Hotel Polaris

Everything was exceptional.

The views of the Air Force academy and the front range mountains were merely a bonus.

They were amazing from start to finish and everything we saw was beautiful and well maintained. Definitely will be returning!!!!

I'm all for pet-friendly hotels and am a dog person myself, but I felt I was in the midst of a dog convention. I'm completely fine with dogs in the common areas and of course they need to be in the elevators as necessary, but I wasn't a fan of dogs in the pool area. Any slight movement resulted in a cacophony of dogs barking, which scared children and certainly affected relaxation by the pool. Seeing the dogs urinating around the pool area didn't make for a clean feeling either...I realize that's not the hotel but rather, the dog owners, but I'm sure the guests relaxing on the chairs in the artificial turf area were not aware that they were walking around in urine.

The property is massive and there's a lot going on. It would have been helpful to have a little bit of introduction to the amenities upon check-in.

Absolutely loved the hotel and wish we had more time to stay there to enjoy all of the amenities.

I wish they had more food options

In the restaurants staff and service was slow - they completely forgot the meat on our chef salads - they took a long time to serve us and didn’t check on us after meal was served - coffee shop was u detracted in the morning - long line and not enough staff

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else while visiting our Air Force’s cadets, active duty, veterans, and departed heroes.
