Hotel Polaris

Nice modern hotel

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. However the bed that's facing the window can't be used as the aircon vent directly output the air onto your head. Tried to change the direction without success. I wish there was a different coffee maker in a the room that let you make coffee and also allow you to make tea. The downstairs coffee shop is always busy and also it's annoying to have to put your cloth on and make it downstairs first thing in the morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hot water ran out, so I had to take a cold shower. The front desk clerk seemed unfazed and disinterested when I politely informed her of this problem during checkout.

The room and view was amazing

The room was immaculate and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place. The only aspect they could improve was the breakfast buffet.

With kids; no hot tub, outdoor area very noisy and few shaded areas

Wonderful amenities. Great spot if going to be on base for activities.

The pool bartender on Aug 2 was filling in, but did a fantastic job and was so kind.

what a meh hotel. I've been OTR, changing hotels weekly for almost a year, staying in a variety of mediocre Hiltons and Hyatts and Residence Inns. As a kick-off to a vacation with my son, I decided to spring for something special, but at $300+ a night, Polaris was, by far, the most meh, the most nothing, the most over-priced of all. And the $$$$ meal at Pamela's was exceptional only in that it was so on-brand for this exceedingly meh property.

Everything was excellent

We loved this impromptu overnight stop as we ended our family trip in the mountains with our pre-teens. We wanted to stay close enough to Denver International without already being at the airport to fly out (about a 1:05 drive). A pool was a requirement, although it rained the night we got there, so they opted for Bocce Ball instead. The two queen room was perfect for the four of us overnight. Super clean and thoughtful space. The on site dining was great for us too. Rooftop bar with kids before 9pm to get the best views and inviting experience for dessert. Lobby restaurant for breakfast outside was great too. Designer interest and detail everywhere throughout the property! We would stay again, but longer next time, and hopefully sunny weather!
