Hotel Polaris

The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The Spa was amazing!! Had a massage and facial. Both were awesome. Will definitely stay there again.

It was attractive and easy to maneuver around. Also clean with a friendly staff. I don't have any complaints.

Beautiful space, convenient location right next to the Air Force Academy. The room was nice, clean, and well appointed. I appreciated the Lavazza coffee maker and pods, and mini fridge. The bathroom could’ve used just a little more lighting while doing makeup, it is a little dark. Linens and pillows were great, robes were also a nice touch. We were in and out so quick, didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, gym, or restaurants. Would love to stay again if in the area.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful amenities and great restaurants. Perfectly situated if you have an event at the Air Force Academy. Only minor blip was the coffee place in the lobby..the waits were very long and once we received our order we discovered they were not the correct drinks. However, all the employees we came in contact with during our weekend stay were amazing and very friendly/helpful.

The view was absolutely beautiful! We ate at Pamelas for breakfast and it was so nice to sit there and enjoy the mountains. Everything was so nice in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good

Very lovely hotel. Great views, beautiful lobby and bar, super clean and very comfortable. Two problems…there is only one group of elevators at one end of the hotel. The walk from the elevators to the other end of the hallway is ridiculously long. That’s a bad design. The breakfast at Pamela’s was not very good and very expensive; wouldn’t eat there again.

Clean

The property was great with beautiful views. It was clean and unique. It was the staff that would deter me from staying there again. For $400 a night, I would expect room service (nope) although they say they do, I would expect better front desk assistance (nope) checkout only (check in was fine) and I would expect experienced folks to make my $10 cappuccino (nope). The person that helped us with our bags was great.

Clean room with mountain views. Staff is wonderful and helpful and offer great service experience. We had a very pleasant stay for two nights. Would stay here again.
